I own 7 pairs of tree runners. Never need socks, most comfortable everyday ah9ea I've ever owned. I've both new and bought ReRun. Always a great product. Interactions with customer service have also been excellent.

Everything I wanted it to be! Allbirds came to my attention after I researched shoes online, and then of course my feed was packed with shoe recommendations. I was intrigued by the slip-on/lace combination walking shoes. Headed there on Saturday morning and Josh was super-informative, not pushy about their product. I ended up buying two pairs! So far, so good...

Supportive and friendly staff!! Shanice (sha-niece) was so nice, patient, and super friendly. She had to bring out more than 10 pairs of shoes for 3 people, and was smiling the entire time. She was knowledgeable about the different model of shoes, as well as the history and culture of the company. Because I wanted a very specific shoe type/color, she brought me multiple options trying to accommodate my needs. Would definitely go back if I'm in back in town! My home girl Shanice deserves a raise - until I met her, I never really considered Allbirds as an option ?

My salesperson was so great. I had a pair that was the wrong size and she walked me through an exchange. I then purchased a second pair in a new color. It is hard for me to find good shoes given the shape of my feet and plantar fasciitis so this purchase made my day!

I love the shoes but we have been a few times now and are completely ignored by staff. Once we were their only customers in the store. No greeting.. nothing.. they just stood there talking to each other. It’s not a skip but maybe just order online.

I LOVE Allbirds. I have 4 pairs of different shoes and I seriously have never felt more passionate about shoes than ever before. I was visiting NC to catch up with friends and didn't realize there was a brick and mortar store here so I decided it was a must to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff, and I highly recommend chatting with the staff. Great place, and I wish there was an Allbirds in Milwaukee!

My husband and I absolutely loooove Allbirds! Comfiest shoes I have ever owned. I am a tall girl with big feet for one, so before I was limited to men's shoes and could never have the cute pink women's shoes, but here, I can! We have multiple pairs of allbirds and plan to get another this year! We are such a fan we make sure to visit any other stores when we travel! But of course, Charlotte is our home hub. The staff are great, love the manager there. Don't forget to follow their social to check out their new designs!

I LOVE all of my AllBirds - I have 11 pairs, my husband has 8 and pretty much everyone I know has been talked into buying some. I've worn them around the world without a single issue plus they clean up beautifully. Also, the company is really cool and they treat their employees very well. Love my Pride laces!
