Shynequa was amazing, her customer service was beyond excellent. Especially in a society where customer service is something in the past!!

I couldn’t find the survey so i’m writing this. I went to this location at the Outlets and I had amazing customer service from Shynequa she was so kind and welcoming she helped me pick out pairs of shoes for my birthday 10/10 for her !! I wish her the best!!

Evelyn was great help! I was taking my time and changing my mind on what I wanted, yet, she was present and asked specific question on what I was looking for and suggesting different type of shoes. She was grear! Thank you Evelyn!
