Rented a car and incurred $10 in tolls. Alamo charged me a $15 service fee on top of that. That is absurd and egregious and no way to treat loyal customers.

Desk checkin went smooth as well as when we walked to the pickup location. Our car was brought around and after a few minutes of checking everything out we were off. Personal were friendly and professional. Smiles made our experience better - thank you Alamo.

They charged me what they stated, there were no added fees like hertz did last year. Car was clean and super easy to pick up and drop off.

My family got stuck in Charlotte, NC when the second leg of our travels from Dublin, Ireland to Fort Myers, FL was cancelled with no flight available for three days. Alamo's agent was very courteous and helpful as she helped my family get a car right away and finish our trip. The process was quick, and we were in a clean car in less than 20 minutes from point of contact.

Exceeded my expectations! Our skip the counter experienced at the Charlotte NC Airport was fantastic. Employees greeted us immediately and pointed us in the right direction. The car we booked was available and a free upgrade was offered. It took longer to put our luggage in the car than to check out the rental. First time using Alamo, but not my last!

Did not appreciate the way the lady with 2 piercings in nose spoke during checkin at Charlotte NC airport.
To me she was rude instead of friendly and professional ! I felt i did not sepose to be there to the point i felt unsafe. i just came to rent a car. The car was good and checkout. But that bad moment in start hangs heavy still in my toughs and i don’t want to remember it! I rather choose car rental with good costumer service.
