Adam's Auto Group, off South boulevard, Charlotte, NC, Reema lied to us about everything. She promised to fix the seat and the seat was not fixed she promised to fix the seat belt in the car and it was not fixed she promised to clean the car and it was not cleaned she said that we would have it by Monday we did not receive the car until Thursday and she lied about the tag and the process of the tag too. do not work with her she is a liar.

Have to say, we weren't ready to be in a position to have to make a purchase. And really didn't want to have to deal with "the dealerships". We we to Adams on Tyvola and worked with James Lane. He made the experience very lith and quick. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend working with him for your next vehicle purchase.

When a salesperson insists you give them a great review, know there's something shady and deceitful going on! ?
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good, working car!
I gave 2 stars because I partially blame myself for the mess they sold me. If I'd gone in with someone who knows cars, I definitely wouldn't have driven out with this car.... ?
