I've used them twice now, very quick and straightforward. The driver was kind enough to let me ride back with him when I asked, and his driving made me feel safer than almost any other time I've ridden as a passenger. The same man helped both times, I believe his name was Chris.

After my car had electrical issues on the interstate I called Ace Towing and they were able to respond promptly and professionally. My tow driver, Dylan, was the best. Very friendly and professional, a fantastic and skilled driver and very knowledgeable too. What was a nightmare situation for me became so much better because of his great work. I've dealt with a lot or crummy towing companies before, but Ace Towing was great, at a good value and has fanfastic people. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Ace was the 4th towing service I called because of proximity and the only one where someone answered who didn’t seem annoyed by my call. All the other services asked me to text “so and so” to see if that person could do it, or told me they were an hour and a half out. I was stuck in the middle of an intersection and needed help asap. Michael with Ace was amazing. Showed up quickly and was very professional and kind. Definitely recommend!!Service: Car towing
