I called & inquired about the check cashing fees & Trina answered the phone nicely & said it would be available on the board when I walk in. I walked in looked at the board & Tanya took care of me. She told me the amount & even saved me $20 on fee!! I am moving to Houston & she congratulated me & provided warm wishes. This was my first time cashing a check at Ace Express but she said you all have several in Houston so I will returning to use other services! She told me I can load my navy federal card directly with case at the store.

Tanya was absolutely AMAZING! Was having issues with payroll check being cashed she thankfully was able too. She signed me up for an account without any issues! She was very personable & really made a frantic situation not seem so bad.
