Out of 6 appointments I had scheduled with them, they only showed up for 2, the first one they showed up 90 minutes late for and picked me up from that appointment 60 minutes late. One time I called to see if my ride was coming and was told my driver had picked me up meaning he was paid for taking me, but never even showed up. I did have one nice and prompt driver but my overall experience was awful. I'm paralyzed chest down, and it takes a lot of work to get up and ready only to sit there and wait or to receive a call that there are no drivers available, when I scheduled for a ride 2 weeks in advance.

Customer service/dispatch staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Disgusting in manner and tone. Lied about transportation whereabouts and its proximity to my location, which made me late for a very important procedure. I'd definitely recommend better customer service training.. Fortunately our driver provided above and beyond customer service and was helpful in any way possible. Too bad it wasn't a team effort.

Kash & Sal (the driver) are by far the best transportation service I've used & contracted. The level of professionalism is top notch! Responsive, accommodating, & courtesy...this team nails it! Thanks so much for taking care of my mother.

Not a pleasant experience. I would always ride with them before, but stopped riding for about 5 months. Now I am back on there schedule and regret it. There drivers are unprofessional and I tried to reach there office and they have yet to contact me . Not run with care like they used to, would not recommend.

Professional, responsive, and on time. Easy to work with. Moved my elderly mother between her rehab facility and her new memory care facility. Highly recommend.

We use their wheelchair service on regular basis and never have any issue. Their drivers are professionals and the staff is very helpful, too. They always help me and I would recommend this to everyone as you will receive A1 service!

As always, A-1 is always professional, on time and safe. Tim is nice, professional and always makes sure that I get to and from my destination safely. It's always great to know when you can trust a company with your safety. Excellent job.

The pits, caused me to miss Doctors' appointment with haphazard lies about time of arrival to pick me up. I could have made other arrangements if the truth had been told.
