I like the whole concept of 9Rounds. The Selwyn location is very special. The trainers are very personable, caring and knowledgeable. BEST place ever :-)

What a great time I had working out at 9Round Selwyn. This is exactly what I was looking for in a kickboxing facility. The gym felt clean and was easy to find. My initial free session was a good and fast paced experience.

I absolutely enjoy kick boxing!!!! The trainers really push you to do and be better, all in just 30 minutes.
