Had a rough experience here Memorial Day weekend. The two female associates were stand offish and judgmental the moment myself and my family entered the store. They offered a “subtle” means test, and then were continuously skeptical and annoyed with my young children. It wasn’t until we committed to purchasing over $500 worth of clothing that they seemed to lighten up. Will avoid this location in the future.

My husband and I have shopped here several times, spending thousands of dollars here in the past year alone, so I don’t write this review based upon one or two visits. This store carries a great selection, however the staff is the rudest of any store we shop at. Today was like all of our other visits with 2 very rude, unhelpful sales people… until the sales lady took her rudeness to a new stupid level. Mind you, I am wearing a pair of their jeans while shopping and am asking if they have a size I need in a certain style. She proceeds to tell me that I shouldn’t even ask for that size, that I would need at least two sizes bigger than that. I’m an a small woman that dresses very modestly and does not wear jeans that are too tight for me! I tell her I have the exact same style and fit in a different color and know what size I wear. She continues her rant that I would certainly not wear that size and shouldn’t start anywhere besides at least two sizes bigger!! My husband and I are very kind, peaceful people so I didn’t say anything further, we just decided to leave. I hate buying things online when I don’t have to and love giving physical stores our business, but I will not spend this kind of money to be treated so poorly by people that their job is literally to be helpful on a normal basis like this store does. Everyone has a bad day but this seems to be this store’s norm.

We travel from Greensboro to the Charlotte location once and month and every time we stop in to chat with our girls. We are treated like old friends every time we shop at this location. Always helpful even with online purchases. You'd swear they worked on commission but they dont. Tasha, Kelly, and Melissa are the absolute bestest!!!

I can understand a store having no return policy, but please communicate that verbally with your patrons. You can ask if a customer found everything that they were looking for or ask did anyone assist you? But choose to not communicate enough that there is a no return policy at the stores. I was shown the fine print on my receipt and a notice at the checkout desk that items could not be returned, which is not the norm compared with big name brands. Not a pleasant customer experince

7 For All Mankind at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte is a great place to go for all things quality clothing and much more. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

My son (14) and I had the most pleasant and fun experience shopping today, 6/3/21. I felt like I had hired a personal shopper! Elizabeth was the one who primarily helped me but the other two gentlemen in the store were just as helpful and personable if I had any questions when she stepped away from the dressing room area. They were also so sweet and talkative with my son while I was occupied. They all were extremely knowledgeable about what would fit me and my body type and what was age appropriate for me! They all made the jeans try on and buying experience so much fun and easy. I will definitely be going back!!!

These are seriously the SWEETEST people in all of SouthPark. They are so welcoming and couldn't be anymore helpful. I wouldn't want to buy jeans anywhere else.

I went into this store not wanting to talk to anyone, let alone buy anything. My wife and the two sales gals were like a vocal trio whose lyrics landed on closed ears with their effort to get me interested in trying on jeans. Repelling them like a force field on a Star Trek episode, the wife headed to the dressing room to try on her selections. Undeterred Katherine, the youthful gal with red hair continued to engage me without being annoying, which is no small feat. I found her to be disarming and helpful, which led to my purchasing two pairs of black jeans. My advice to corporate would be to promote her and if you need help with finding the right jeans ask for her.
