I'll start this comment by saying I've never particularly cared for this 7/11 store. I don't frequent this location. But as I am willing to let others know of a bad experience. I must give this staff today on the 2:30ish anoon credit for being top notch.i stopped for a large bottle cold water.,on my way to a Dr appointment..made my purchase...drive on my way and to my concern thought I left my phone on the counter and struggled a couple minutes back to they store and the pleasant cashier said she had not been notified the possibility that I not only left my new phone but in my mind I feerd someone took it. Another lady who I'd not seen at the time of my purchase appeared hearing my upsetting conversation and spoke a few words that she would check to see if my phone was turned in..it took a few minutes and in my upset I asked where she went in anticipation of my appointment. What I found out in a couple minutes is that she went to check the recordings of the time of my transaction. Both women were so calm and cleared my anxiety as I was able to check my vehicle and found my phone. I learned a very big lesson. I was quick to think that I had left my phone by mistake and someone stole it. Due to the wonderful women who thought quick to check on my behalf showed me I was in the wrong. I thanked them both and asked for forgiveness for jumping to the wrong about my fellow man. But will look to those two women who were cool and calm and knew what to do to set me straight.

I went in saw pepperoni pizza for $8.They rang it up fir 8.49 plus tax and would not sell it to me for $8 even thought they advertise it right in front below chicken wings.This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!.AND FURTHER MORE THEY NEED TO BE FINED FOR IT.!!!!

Receipt did not print as the gas pump. Long line inside but I will give credit to the two people working the registers. They were fast and friendly.

Went by today after work to get a few things and ofc per usual they're closed. They claim it's 24/7 but closed by 7pm even tho they supposedly changed it to 9pm.. They're mostly closed in the middle of the day.. Their staff is irresponsible, negligent and rude. Every since the old manager got shot and died a few years ago they gave up on that 7/11.

Just adding onto the other reviews of the stores hours being so inconsistent. I don’t know why this hasn’t been addressed by now. They had a sign up tonight at 8 o’clock saying cards or exact change only, understandable, so I go to get out of my car. They let me walk all the way up to the door and then tell me they’re closed. Not closed for stocking. Be back in five minutes, no explanation, just closed. I went back by about two hours later thinking maybe… But nope. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating. Especially when I can see the employees inside just standing there or walking around but refusing to let you in. I’m curious if management knows about this cause I don’t see the point in paying someone to be at the store if it’s not going to be bringing in any revenue. There’s been a few times that I’ve needed to use the ATM last minute and they won’t even let me in to do that.

If I could give the store a zero stars I would. And every single one of the women that work at this location specially, on the night of January 3 they have the nastiest attitudes and should really be taught what customer service is. I was so disgusted walking out of that store. Learn some manners!!!

They close whenever they want because the store is ran by ratchets at night who stand outside smoking in front. So many ppl stop for gas and can't get in because the employees refuse.... ths 7 eleven is NOT a 24hr store and I will be reporting them to corporate.

I enjoy this location friendly attendance. Always cleaning and pleasant atmosphere in a not so pleasant area of Charlotte we've typically had gone here early in the day for I understand the area is a little different after dark we do have a few people who are hanging out with a hand out in the parking area some days and I understand that it is not an easy time for us all over the past few years but for the most part we have been hassled very little in our own personal experience so I can speak to the others who have not been able to say the same for the most part I feel like I am not in danger during the early morning on the days we have been here . Store is clean bathrooms welll maintained by the staff and stores stoked for the most recent product and easy to locate. Soda and coffee area is always a very nice place to get a Soda so I feel thats a good store to visit sincerely pleased SidiouS ☆☆☆☆condition

Very unreliable. Store hours vary daily and are not posted. Closes w/o notice at random times. Out of shelf items may not get restocked until - nobody knows. Staff either can't or doesn't want to answer any reasonable question. Sketchy at best, do not recommend.

Are all 7-11's in this area run by the same inept people? My God, 2nd time I've stopped here, people in store, doors locked, all lights on, and not even a sign saying closed. A joke for such a strong brand to license to morons.

Last week, we stopped by here for gas, drinks, and a few other items, and I was welcomed by the cashier as she stocked the drinks, store smelled so clean, and she was SO friendly, polite, and extremely pleasant, working extremely hard!! It was around 9:30am beginning of the week, and I must say very IMPRESSIVE!! We continued to stop by several other times during last week as well, same type of positive attitude(s) (Friday two ladies were working) and yesterday same repeat of good customer service! We live on the opposite side of town, and waited to stop at a convenient store until we came to this seven 11 because of the experiences we've had here. So many people would rather make rude, nasty, comments and complain but I needed to make sure that I put out POSITIVE comments where credits due. Thanks so much for the great experience and will keep returning here, everyone deserves to be told thank you for being kind and keeping a clean store! Positivity and KINDNESS goes a very long way!
