If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I pulled up this evening to purchase gas, and there were several men standing outside the store attempting to sell random items. This is the second time I’ve noticed this at this particular location. It was extremely disturbing and felt unsafe.

They didn't have large drink cups so I opted for the extra large drink cups. Then they didn't have any straws. If I had known that in the first place I wouldn't have bothered trying to get a drink. Not impressed with this new store.

I'm a truck driver that gets back in around 1am to 2am and food is scarce with most of places being closed. Have never had a problem getting a pizza cooked at location but tonight on Thursday June 15th I was told by female clerk that they couldn't cook right now then it was she was not allowed to. Very dissatisfied with staff here tonight!

2 young ladies standing at the register on their phones...1 leaning on her elbow like we disturbing her. She takes the merch, scans it and tosses it to the side. With a line 5 people long...when the other girl finishes on her phone, she announces she can take someone. The previous customer tells cashier his items rang up wrong and she says, "it rigs up how it rings up and I can't change it" and walks from around the counter and locks the front door. She stands there letting the customers out, but not allowing anyone else in because. They have. To count the drawer. This is a stupid procedure that probably loses this store at least $200-$300. Store is always nasty, especially near the soda machine, yet the workers are just standing around with an attitude

TC and Tahani we're working very hard overnight shift. I came in and witnessed probably after hours people had messed up the restroom. These people have to work too diligently here to fix and prepare all the food and coffee, etc. TC did not stop while I was there.I'm frustrated was actually the coffee machine it took me about 35 minutes to fill my cup I am in over the road trucker I used to be able to fill my cup in several minutes to me. This is not acceptable go back to the old way instead of spending a half hour in there I spent almost an hour trying to get my coffee and go to the restroom. Thanks TC for being positive but in reality I had to pay for a full size coffee and a refill. My cost was four dollars and 42 again I am over the road. It's hard for me to find a parking spot. I only got a few hours sleep anyway it had to move on down the road, I always enjoy 711's but thought I would point out. These guys attitude was great. People are late for work in America because of coffee machines lol.

Bought gas here and needed to use the restroom. The restroom doors were locked, so my husband asked how to get in. The woman at the counter told him the bathroom keys were stolen. Not a minute later, the other woman working there, who had been standing right next to the other woman, ran fast to the bathroom and used the key to let herself in the bathroom! I waited outside the door for a few minutes and she didn't come out so I had to go elsewhere. Definitely won't be getting gas or spending any $$ here on if paying customers can't even use the restroom.

Becareful folks I went up there today around 7;30pm and there was a guy standing around the corner with a black ski mask on, being 70 degrees I don't think he was cold. I mentioned that's not very appealing attire for incoming customers, I mentioned it to the younger male manager and he laughed it off. I came out and he was off talking to someone on the backside of the lot towards Micky Dee's.

Avoid this store at all costs. It's a nightmare. From the employees not giving a crap about anything to the locale that frequents the store. Nothing is ever in stock. Coffee not fresh or even ready in the mornings. Lock your doors & drive right past.

They never label food properly. Taquitos labeled as chicken cheese or buffalo chicken cheese but when I’m eating, it’s all beef. Multiple times.
