Be ware tow company will boot your truck while driver is in it and request 1500 to unboot. This is illegal In The state of NC. Do not leave vehicle unattended. If they persist contact 7-11 corporate office and complain. I will update number.

This “company”/people are nothing more than thieves. Our drivers stopped at a 7-Eleven 4800 N Graham St Charlotte NC to buy something and as soon as they (No More Locked Doors LLC Towing) saw the driver getting into the store they placed the boot. They proceed to call me and tell me in a very aggressive way that they placed the boot on the truck for unauthorized parking and that we needed to pay 1500 dlls. They threated me to charge 1000 dlls more if I did not pay them right away. Obviously this a deal the owner of the 7-Eleven and No More Locked Doors LLC Towing have.

charged us $1500.00 for booting a vehicle that the driver was in! He was at the station under 30 minutes!

Beware the reviews! Its true. Predatory towing service monitoring this place 24-7. 1500$ for 30 minutes parking. Booted my driver before he could even get out of the truck and "sign in" They just laugh when you call to pay the bill. Shameful for what these truckers are out doing to keep America rolling.

This is the worst place, do not stop here for any reason. Truckers are watching you to park and they put a cable on your tires with a padlock. If you did not register in the book, then you have to pay 1500 to have it removed. It is a scam.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Truckers Alert ? Do not stop for your fueling or 30 min DOT mandated Break here ⭐️☆☆☆☆
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this 7-Eleven. They have the most unacceptable practices when it comes to treating truckers. I pulled in to take my mandated DOT break, and instead of being welcomed, I was booted by a company they allow to operate on their property No More Locked Doors is also the lowest rated in their line of duty. They demanded up to $3000 in cash and no other form of payment accepted to remove the boot!
Even the police officer who showed up said I should avoid this place in the future. Apparently, they get a lot of complaints from truckers who are unfairly treated. It's clear that the owner cares more about profit sharing with the No More Locked Doors, LLC than the well-being of their customers. If you're a trucker, steer clear of this location. It's not worth the hassle or the risk of getting booted for just trying to take a break!

7-Eleven should be boycotted as long as they allow No more locked doors towing company to prey on the very same truck drivers that spend money with them. On May 28, 2024 I parked at the 7-eleven at 4800 N Graham street for the night. When I arrived around midnight I asked cashier did they still allow free parking. Cashier informed me that they do allow free parking, but then warned me that I should sign in their book and to make sure everything was right because they have a tow company that works their lot that will boot and tow you without warning and it will be expensive. After signing in to the book I went to the truck and went to sleep. Around 3 am someone knocked on my truck and woke me up. I rolled the window down and asked what was wrong. The individual that was standing there asked me did I sign into the book in the store. When I said yes, he said ok. This is when I noticed the cables in my mirror hanging off of my drive axles on my truck. I ask the guy did you boot me. He says “yes but since you signed in I’m going to take it off”. I could not sleep anymore that night. The free parking is not worth the hassle. They will boot you without even checking the book first to see if you have signed in. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had not been in the truck that night. That type of behavior is unacceptable from the towing company and from 7-eleven for allowing them to do it. These are the practices that you support every time you spend money at the 7- Eleven at 4800 N Graham Street in Charlotte, NC 28269.
