To save money, this location has decided not to purchase receipt tape on the outside pumps. Incredibly inconvenient and it has been going on for months. Hoping corporate sees this.

Went here today to purchase a slushie for my kid. Asked the rep with the pink hat on about the slushie cups. He told me the big cups were the large slushie cups. I confirmed and he said yes. My kid made his slushie, we go to the counter, it doesn’t ring up for the advertised price of $.99 for large slushie. I told him this and he decided to yell saying hey i said we’re out of those cups! I’ve never been so disgusted and disrespected in my life. I left the slushie there because you’re not going to get my funds while also being disrespectful and uninformed! I would not advise going here since this was not the first time they advertised one price and give another at the counter!

Just was in this store. Unfortunately because I’m a white male, they act as though they can’t be bothered and like I’m a nuisance for being a patron of their business. The younger black female in front of me in line, guy was clearly flirting with her, asking if she’s in college, asked her if she wanted a job there. I step up to counter, he doesn’t even make eye contact, I say please, thank you, but nothing out of this guys mouth. Just my personal experience, but you work in a customer service position, give the same level of service to the next person.

bald man was rude and charged me 1.79 for a medium cup of ice told him
it was a medium he said “ same price “ cup of ice is literally 50¢ everywhere i go so i gladly went and changed my cup to a xl since he wanted to charge me for a drink when i got ice he needa find another job …deadass

This store needs some customer service training. This baldheaded African male was so rude to me when I came to the register I told him I was going to purchase some nachos I wanted him to split my payment into two payments I only have three dollars and some change on one of my cards and I will pay the rest with my other card he simply ignored it ran the card for the whole thing so of course I declined then when I looked at my notifications it says that he ran it for the whole thing when I asked him to split my payments up then he got frustrated with me took my nachos back and said no I don’t have any money I cannot buy it and was trying to rush me out of the way instead of listening to what I was saying but the fact that he took my nachos back put them behind the counter and then told me I don’t have any money really annoyed me to the fact the young lady behind me just offered to pay for it all on one card which if I want to split my payment up I have the right to do so but then forHim to get mad at me and tell me not to argue with him when I was trying to tell him what I wanted to do was very unprofessional it was terrible customer service and I stay right by the store I will not be spending any more money in there when he’s in there

Everybody in this store needs to be fired! All of the workers are rude and disrespectful, especially towards a certain group of people. I come here often because it’s close to my house and everytime I do, it’s a problem. One day I had to use the restroom, they said it was okay, then 5 minutes later they come beating on the door asking what am i doing, then proceeded to say i’m taking too long and I have to buy something first. On another occasion, I went in bought something small so I could break a 50 bill and the bald head man had a attitude saying he had no cash, so I told my girlfriend to go in and he magically had cash all of the sudden. The old black lady likes to mean mug people too. Will never be coming back here! Their service is trash. You don’t want to work with people, then go find a different profession. Just ridiculous.

I started driving 15mins from my house, past multiple 7-11’s to this 7-11 because they used to have 2 Coke Flavor Slurpee’s being made at the same time. So one of the Coke slurpee’s is usually available/ready. However, for the last 2 weeks they only have one Coke flavor slurpee being made. So when you get to the store the Coke flavor is out or not ready yet. I don’t understand why they changed this, when Coke is clearly the flavor in highest demand and sells the fastest. Whoever made this decision, did not make a smart decision.

Racist store worker with a bald head doesn’t like black people . Will toss your stuff around and won’t even say hi. As soon as non colored person came up hey are you doing with joy. I wish racist middle eastern ppl would stop acting they’re better than black.Avoid this store if you want to preserve your good energy
