When I say highly recommend. I reached out to 3D Innovation on Labor Day, trying to find a last minute “cheer up” gift for my boyfriend. They were closed that day but still was able to create a key chain for me due to the circumstances. I was very impressed at the customer service I was given. If they wouldn’t have been able to help me, I would have been a wreck because my boyfriend was having a tough week and I couldn’t think of anything else that would make him smile.Thank you so much for coming through in the clutch! I was also impressed with the finished product and the time they had it completed, way before the time given. I will always go back to them. I will make sure to give more notice lol but I appreciate the accommodation. You guys are amazing!!!

The 3D glass photo turned out perfect. 4 months later it was broken and I had purchased a two yr warranty. When I took it in, the customer service was phenomenal! Recreated the product for me within 30 minutes. Great product great service!

Purchased a 3d crystal for my 10 year wedding anniversary and my wife absolutely loved it! Great customer service. Highly recommend purchasing from them. I will definitely be back again for future gifts.

Upon returning, the friendly gentleman remembered me and offered exceptional service. He helped me create the perfect photo crystal that left my wife extremely happy! I am grateful for the experience and will surely recommend this shop to friends and family.

I am still waiting to see if they will resolve my situation positively. So far, it has not been a good reflection on the company as the follow up poor. Ordered product, but they could not do what I wanted in a way that I thought they said they could do. I am waiting to hear back from management.
