Working with the team at Integrity was a breath of fresh air. I had been calling all over the Charlotte metro area trying to find a mechanic who could replace my engine in a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Integrity was one of the most reasonable quotes I received and unlike the other shops, they didn't push me off for 6 months before the repair could start. They gave me timely updates. Towed my truck in on Monday. Called with the full diagnostic on Thursday. Quoted 4 weeks for the repair but had it done in 2 weeks. After replacing the engine, gave me reasonable quotes for the additional work we knew would potentially need to happen. The office manager is very friendly and attended to any billing and account questions I had. Will definitely use them again as my primary auto repair shop for all of my needs.

Don’t buy from these people, I buy a fender flares for my Silverado , and they gave me the wrong ones , I asked for my money back and they start with excuses, and said they don’t want the flares back , ?so I don’t need those because are the wrong ones , they said have a good day and bye!!I start a claim on my bank everybody with similar problem do the same !!

Awesome and friendly people. 100% satisfied with their work ??I went in there to do exhaust work for my mustang and it came out perfect!!! They guided me in the right direction and I’m more than happy with the end results.

DO NOT SERVICE THIS MECHANIC SHOP!! 356 Detailing practices discriminatory pricing. When I first called to receive an estimate to get the windows fixed on my 2001 Honda Accord I was quoted 180-280 worst case scenario by their owner. I dropped my car off at 2pm. I was told my car would not be ready till the following morning. I was called at 3:53 told my car was ready that is an hour to 2 hours if rounded up of labor. Under NC law they are REQUIRED to give you a written & itemized estimate & breakdown they are also required to breakdown their labor pricing there was no such thing posted in their establishment nor was I presented with my estimate. They called me and told me I was being charged $300, as they had taken it upon themselves to order a part w/o my authorization as they are required to do under NC law. After multiple attempts to dispute the charge they finally unwillingly cancelled the part order but were still trying to charge me for 3 hours worth of labor. Upon returning I was told it was $240 for my driver side window & only 75 to get my passenger side fixed which didn’t make sense to me. If one side is 240 for labor & parts why would the other side not be the same ?. Then after doing multiple breakdowns of the part & labor, which I was never told if it was used or new which is required under NC law, my total came to be $210. No one could agree on the price of labor as the secretary said i was charged an extra $40 for half labor but then contradicted herself & was contradicted by the mechanic who said it was 75/hour & they charge only by the hour not half hour. All in all this was a horrible experience and attempt to get over on a young Black Womxn. I have since filed a complaint against this business & urge all Black people do not service here!! And the owner is a trump supporter so that tells you what you need to know ??♀️

I would definitely not recommend this place. I went here to get my car window tinting removed and then reapplied again at the proper NC % and it was a nightmare.Short summary: sloppy service and horrible communicationDetails:First: they removed my car window tinting but did a really sloppy job at it; there was glue everywhere. They told me they couldn't remove the glue on one window because it wouldn't go down, but that was only one window. That doesn't justify the glue everywhere else on the car where the windows did roll down. When I went to another place to get my windows re-tinted I had to pay them to strip it again because they couldn't apply the new tinting due to how much glue was on the car.Second: for the window that couldn't go down I was told they could fix it but they needed to order a special part. I understand that they normally don't order this part, that's not why I'm frustrated. I'm frustrated due to the lack of communication. They told me the part would be in Thursday so I booked an appointment on Fri just in case. The part didn't come in so I rescheduled to the next Friday. I called the Thursday before eight times throughout the day to confirm if the part was in and they never picked up. I called Friday morning to confirm if the part was in and once again they never picked up. Not till a couple of hours after my appointment was I finally able to get through and the part was still not in. That's multiple times I wasted time due to them not telling me if the part was in. I couldn't know if I could go to work that day or not because they wouldn't tell me if the part was in or not. I couldn’t reschedule either due to them not picking up the phone.I finally went to another place and turns out said part was never needed; the other place fixed it easily.

I was referred here from a local dealership about 1.5 weeks ago, because I needed tint removed on a vehicle that I had just purchased from out of state, and the tint was not legal. I called right after I left the dealership and spoke with the owner and informed him that I needed tint removed on all windows and a tint visor removed on the windshield. He told me the price and I let him know that I would give him a call when I was ready to drop it off. I had the work completed today and when my wife picked the vehicle up the price had increased, even though we discussed it prior to me dropping it off. He was not willing to lower the price to the agreed upon amount. I was also charged a 7% fee for using a debit card. I will be bringing my vehicle to be retinted elsewhere since the owner's word can't be trusted. Amy was the only pleasant part of my experience at this business as she was friendly and helpful.

Jose always does a great job. He does my inspections , oil changes and whatever else I need for my car . He keeps my 11 year old car in great shape and is very professional and honest .
