Nothing had changed until a month ago we received a termination notice due to construction and that belongings must be moved before March 31, I am a low-income disabled person and I kept some valuables that I saved to sell, but last Sunday what was my surprise, when I arrived the entrance gate was open, when I got to my unit I did not see anything out of the ordinary, it had a notice attached and the lock was fine, no indication that it was forced or anything, everything was normal, until I I open and I find empty boxes, photos and personal things thrown away, missing boxes and countless things. I called the indicated phone number and she tells me to file a police report for the insurance that covers up to 2000, but the invaluable things that were taken to my photo albums! They are worth more than that. What outrages me the most is that they didn't force the lock or even hint of it. What makes me think that the thieves are or were the same employees who knew the lock code, who else would know it than the administration, but knowing when they did it, I am not the only person that this happened to, when I called the police another lady who was there the same thing had happened to him. Valen más que eso. Lo que más me indigna es que no forzaron la cerradura ni siquiera indicio de eso. Lo que me hace pensarque los ladrones son o fueron los mismos empleados que sabían el codigo del lock , quien más lo sabría que la administración, pero saber cuando lo hicieron, no soy la única persona que le pasó esto, cuando llamé la policía otra señora que estaba allí le había pasado lo mismo. Espero respondan por esto, porque yo he pagado religiosamente cada mes para que mis cosas estén seguras.

This place is beyond awful. They are tearing it down and now I have to find another unit. It's ghetto anyways. They area isn't maintained and the access is horrible.... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

I regret contacting this place. The unit was horrible, filthy, had no free lock and the lock hardware on unit was damaged so I cannot lock unit properly. I also never expected to come to a storage facility with no human connection.your pretty much on your own.

Watch out for the maintenance man, he's up to something! I'm not sure what and I'm not sure I want to know. Whatever it is he diffently didn't want us there. So I'm moving out today. I moved in a month ago. They have to do something about him. He takes his maintenance job to a whole another level and there are bugs and I'm hoping mice but I think I saw a rat. Becareful maneuvering to get to your unit it'd really tight through there.. luckily I had a end unit. That part wasn't bad.. So I give this facility only one star. Get rid of him and call a pest control company it has the potential to be a 7 star or maybe even 8 star storage facility. Good luck with this place.

Good place for bands to practice. It in a secluded spot where you can jam for 24 hrs a day. New owners and gated with cameras. Sometimes the small roads are crowded and I have seen trouble makers trying to live there. The owners are pretty good at keeping out the trouble makes when they are aware of them.

Very strange experience here. All the corners are very tight, good luck bringing a box truck or a large suv in here to unload your things. The facilities are in bad shape, my unit door takes jiggling to get it to open and close. I was moving things at night and there were a lot of sketchy people just hanging out in their cars, not loading or unloading anything. Also the last time I was there I heard multiple gunshots through the woods very close to me.

24 hour access and a kiosk are great plusses, but Do Not try to store a vehicle here!most of the units are far too close together for anything but a compact to get into, we hit the jackpot and got one near the end where we could, barely, get it in. the roadway is very narrow, the turns are tight, and there's a lot of dents and dings where folks have hit stuff..edit: per the response below, I've upgraded this to a single star. We paid for storage for a vehicle, were clear and up front about needing storage for a vehicle and were not in any way duplicitous about what we wanted or why we wanted it."management"'s response is rude, condescending and unprofessional and I recommend people not use this location.

You can't even pull a trailor or o if truck in here. Excellent price but horrible engineering this facility. Not convenient access at all. Not happy with pull up access. Even with a pick up truck you have to 2-3 point turn. Sorry park lot engineering.
