They have nice things and shop was very clean with items beautifully displayed. Shop worker did not acknowledge us and seemed annoyed we were there. When she did speak it was snarky.I didn't purchase anything for this reason. I do not plan on returning.

It is now 10:30, online says store should be open but it's still close. Three of us saw things in the window we liked but are unable to purchase. We are just passing through town on a motorcycle trip.

The shop was great cleanness and had a friendly atmosphere The young lady behind the counter help me with all my customer needs Mainly just give me great customer service experience while I was there shopping, she help me pick out some beautiful jewelry and few other items I do recommend this shop and the young lady there was spot on helpful and beautiful smile I could tell she loves her Clemson tigers so go visit this shop while your in downtown Cherokee.

Every time I have been in Cherokee, NC I visit this shop. It HAD been a really cute shop but the past couple of times they have not been open. There are no hours posted on the door and nothing saying they are closed for the season. I had gotten several wonderful bags there, but no more. I leave my husband at the casino and I go shopping. This will no longer be one of the stores I go to. As I have a few that I always visit.

Make grandson is 5 years old. We went in to look for 6 pocket books and matching wallets.My grandson was upset because he didn't want to go in. So he jump in front of at table with pocketsbooks and earrings on it. I was trying to look over him. As soon as we walked awaythe lady behind the counter.RAN OVER TO THE TABLE TO MAKE SURE WE DIDNT STELL ANYTHING. SHE THEN WATCH us LIKE A HAWK.I WiLL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN. EVERY YEAR I BUY A SERVAL POCKETS BOOKA AND MATCHING WALLETS. Never again

My husband and I were on vacation and just happened to stumbled upon The What’s Hot Shop. So glad we did!! The sales lady greeted us as soon as we came into the shop and was super friendly. Felt like she was a friend that we have know for years!! The shop itself is awesome, with a great selection of clothing, really cute t-shirts, great gift ideas, and accessories. Love, love, love, this shop and can not say enough good things about it!! Would highly recommend. By far my favorite shop in Cherokee, NC. We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area!! My fiancé and I visited the store on our recent trip to Gatlinburg Tn. We bought some beautiful well-made items from the store, one being a handcrafted coffee mug, which was to be a gift for a beloved family member. Upon arriving home, the mug was accidentally broken by us! We called Lynne, the owner, and she mailed us another to our home. Upon receiving that one, it was the wrong one! I hadn’t given her the correct description. She then mailed us another out immediately!! I have NEVER ever anywhere seen a business owner go so far out of there way for a customer over a coffee cup!! I’m still just blown away by this. It fills my heart with so much love and respect that she went so far over and beyond what most busy business owners would do, and she was so gracious about it. I would give her 100 stars if I could, and she will have my business always bc of her actions!!! What a lovely shop full of beautiful treasures!

We visited this shop on our recent trip to Cherokee. Beautiful, upscale shop with gorgeous jewelry, beautiful clothing and many other gift ideas! The owners were so helpful and informative on their merchandise. They also own another shop in Cherokee which is equal in quality! Highly recommended!!

Went to this shop to get my daughter a gift and it was awesome! The shop was clean and sales associate was very helpful! They had a great selection of clothing and jewelry. Everything for a girly girl!!! I will be a return customer!

This is my favorite local shop in town. The staff is very sweet and helpful which is always a plus when shopping!! The shop has a good selection of purses, clothing, and gift items. I always stop in when I get a chance. Highly recommend!!!
