This is by far the worst pharmacy team I’ve dealt with. To be specific Anna is very unhelpful and rude to answer any questions. I have trouble every time I need refill’s here. Don’t go here y’all.

This place has the worst professionalism of any Pharmacy around here. The Pharmacist, Bonnie has personality of a rock, not friendly or nice. They make major mistakes such as giving you somebody else's prescription. Whom do you let know? They don't care.

Worst Walmart I've ever been too. The employees were literally just hanging out while there were massive lines in the 3 registers they had open. Went to electronics to pay and the old white lady was so busy on the phone she left my husband my child and I waiting for 15 mins. Went to hunting and pressed the help button 3 times and no one came then I went to look around just 2 see the manager hanging out with her employees. SMH never coming back here again.

My main complaint with this Walmart is that they don't seem to keep their inventory up. I often cannot find what I came for. Everything else is about normal for a Walmart.

One of the nicer Walmarts I've ever been to. Nice wide aisles inside and parking is always easy. Everything on my list, grocery or otherwise, has always been available. The store is clean and has an overall spacious feel. Checkout lines can be long, epecially when there's only ONE manned station as was the case the last time I was there.

Ordered items to be picked up on 9/16/19, received an email they were running behind. Several hours later I called the main customer service and they could not get ahold of Chapel Hill Pick Up for over a half an hour. Customer service did not have a pick up time for me to get my groceries on 9/16/19 and we rescheduled them for 9/17/19 at the same time of 3-4 PM. This morning , 9/17/19 received notification groceries were available while at work. I arrived at the pick up location at 3:50 PM, waited for 40 minutes, and was greeted by the most miserable associate. I helped her load my groceries and drove home only to discover 10 items were missing totaling over $60. Had to call customer service again and spent another 30 minutes requesting a refund. I would like to say this is my first encounter with this type of Pick Up service at this location, but it isn't. Earlier this month I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for orders. I order every week and have been for the last year. This is my last time.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars to this place. Grocery delivery service is sooooo horrible. It worked a couple of times but the other half, they don't deliver. Call customer service and they lie to you saying they are working on it. If you ever talk to the manager she is the rudest a'hole on the planet and doesn't give a crap about her customers. Today the poor driver waited for hours and they kept giving her the runaround as to why the groceries were not ready. Customer service says they are on it and the manager will call with a time. WALMART. JUST GIVE UP. YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING THIS BUSINESS MODEL. JUST GO BACK TO STRAIGHT BRICK AND MORTAR AND DON'T EVEN TRY TO DO THIS MODEL OF BUSINESS. YOU EXEMPLIFY THE WORD SUCKS IN EVERY WAY.

The grocery pick up at this store is so much worse than any other location I've been to. I gave them 3 chances but after consistently waiting an hour for them to "find my order" and also having the order delayed to begin with, I'm better off taking the time to shop in a store. The people are always nice, pretty sure they're just extremely under-staffed.

Second time waiting 90+ minutes for a Postmates order from here. Every other Walmart takes 15mins MAX. This store is absolutely awful, as is the staff. I was told "It will be out in just a few minutes" over 90 minutes ago. At the very least COMMUNICATE what's going on with your customers. Utterly terrible, incompetent staff.

My husband and I have been going to the Walmart Pharmacy on 15/501 since 2014. The staff are terrific. They are helpful, caring and a bright spot in our day whenever we go there. They don't hesitate to pick up the phone if they need to consult with us about a prescription or a vaccination, and they always answer our questions completely.

Walmart pick up is a joke. Especially at the store. I had given them 4 chances. First off no one responds to the check in button or scan code. You wait there for 20 minutes finally have to walk over to the customer service desk, they call somebody stocking in the frozen food section to come over. And then the human bumbling begins. The last time, they couldn't even find my product. Keep buying Amazon stock !!
