Worst Walmart in the world. I do on line orders they alway sort me a little. But this time they sorted me $40 and I can not get anyone to answer the phone.

This particular Walmart is does not staff the Service Department for Returns or as relevant price overcharges. On October 13, 2023, I arrived at 5:50 pm, the Service Department was closed. There was no signage indicating why the Service Department was closed or when they would reopen, only black tape across the entrance.

I helped a friend pick up a curbside order and the order was on time and everything was accounted for. The service was pleasant and everything was bagged well.

So disappointed by my experience here today. Do not come here unless you want to be told that you can't make your purchase or return an item you just bought by a rude employee, even though there is almost an hour until closing time. I have had fine experiences in the past and have shopped here weekly, but will not be returning again. The total apathy from the employee has convinced me that I'm better off driving further to Target, Trader Joe's, Aldi, etc. as it is worth avoiding this Walmart.

Yesterday I accidentally left my purse in a shopping cart and drove away! I recognized my mistake soon after at the next stop! Horrified I drove back to Walmart and found the shopping cart empty! While I was walking into the store hoping that someone had turned it in, l got a call from my husband who had just spoken to security! They indeed had my purse turned in by a store employee who was parked next to me! What a blessing! I will not mention her name but it restores your faith in humanity! I tried to give a reward but it is against policy! Thank you, thank you thank you!!! Be kind to these honorable employees at this store they deserve it!

Nice store! Well stocked even if they are stocking during the day. Makes managing aisles really difficult in places. Compared to the other area store, this is the Taj Mahal!!!

Today, Rosalind delivered a cooler I ordered yesterday. She was extremely kind and I wanted to talk to her more but she couldn't due to having 10 more deliveries. She's an asset to Walmart! Thank you, Beverly, Olde Coach Road.

This is one of the worst Walmart's I have ever done business with. The store is in disarray most of the time looking like it has been trashed. The shelves are unstocked and in some cases an embarassment on presentation. The delivery service is a disaster from day one. Shelves are marked with the wrong prices or no prices at all or incorrect prices. Meat department most of the time something I do not even want to walk by let alone purchase from. Many other customers have the same complaints.Some produce old or out of stock. I rarely ever review anything but after years I had to do this. I visited two other Walmart's just to compare and there was no comparison. This is a pure management problem at this Walmart and Corporate seems never to address the problem.

1 not answer the phone in any department 2 delivery is terrible you never get what you wanted or you get somebody else's order and they won't take it back some of the stuff you can't even eat that somebody else orderer due to medical conditions I have to call three times today to get my order for 10 in the morning after three phone calls I got it at 9:30 at night they wanted to deliver it the next day and I said no they've already taken my money I want it today I got it at 9:30 at night after calling corporate three separate times and they shopped about nine in the morning on the day I was supposed to get it

Okay, never thought I'd be leaving a Walmart a 5 star review, but I want to be sure to singe the praises of Jackie, the Deli & Bakery Team Lead, who helped me (in a completely different department) yesterday (8/15/21). She went out of her way to look up the item I needed, walk the aisles with me, etc. She didn't just point in a vague direction, and she didn't have an attitude like I was bothering her or she was doing me a favor. PLEASE GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!! (An aside-- think you could maybe open the fitting rooms again???). THANKS

This place is a disaster. How on earth can they retain the manager? Almost daily they forget or do not know how to put cash in the automatic checkout. I like to pay cash, credit is fine if that is you, rarely if ever are the auto check outs working for cash! This is absolutely unacceptable, the manager needs a rocket you know where! I will return in a week and if no progress, I call the head office in AK.

Unfortunately, I've given this location more chances than they deserve. Avoid the grocery pickup at all costs. Yesterday was the third time in a row that half of my items were missing from my order. Also, if my order was ready at a certain time; why am I waiting in my car for over an hour every time I pick up? Or to be told "come back tomorrow"? They are very unorganized, always say they don't have something (and then I go into the store only to see it sitting on the shelf). Walmart may be great at prices, but as far as the customer service goes; it's not worth the hassle to me. I'll shop elsewhere for my groceries.

Their stocking performance is _pathetic_. I just shopped there at 11AM on a Wednesday morning, and 3 or 4 common things were out of stock. The shelves in the meat department were almost empty. Apparently the company's incentives for their managers are to minimize inventory. Seems like they think they make more money by not selling you stuff. Weird. I read several reviews that praised this store for being so nice and having everything you want. That is soooo not true. These reviewers are on crack -- or are being paid to post good reviews. Just look at the overall rating of this store -- and shop somewhere else. Is Harris-Teeter paying the manager under the table to mismanage this store? If so, it seems to be working.

Ordered merchandise for curbside pickup. Told my order was ready. Got to Walmart and had to wait for a parking place. Then called the number on the sign- the answering machine said the mailbox was full. Called the main store number on the web and they sent me to the pickup phone line. That phone rang for over 10 minutes and n o one ever picked up. Called out to an employee standing by and she looked up the order. Ten minutes later she tried to deliver it to the car next to mine. I asked her to put it in the trunk. When I got home, 1/2 the order was missing. Called to store to get the rest of the order and they told me that the woman who brought the order out to me told me that items were out of stock. I never heard those words nor did she talk to be beyond noting that I wanted the order in the trunk. To talk it off, the woman in the next car told me she had been waiting 40 minutes and that she had come to pick. up her order the day before but left after 1 hour of waiting. She told me that two others had left after 1 hour of waiting. Sounds like the curbside pickup option is not yet ready for primetime. I won't be doing it again myself.

They are always backed up at Pickup service. I have yet to pick up groceries and not wait over 30 minutes. It's very annoying when you have to sit there for 45 minutes after getting off work. Either they are very slow or they need extra help at certain times of the day.
