“Mother Nature decided to rain on us all day, but Marguerite and the entire staff went out of their way to make the day a memorable one. We are truly grateful for their help making lemonade out of lemons. Umbrellas at every entrance. Seamless shift to a day full of “Plan B’s” because of the rain. While others panicked a bit, Marguerite and staff were the picture of calm and patience. Fantastic day after all. Thank you again for a day I am sure my daughter will cherish forever.”

“We were part of a family wedding here and the venue is awesome. The house is Country style and done up very quaint and country.The tent for the Ceremony was done up beautifully and the Reception tent is exquisite.I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding.”

“This space is amazing, novice or experienced Singers, Kareoke, future or current Pod Casters (yes! An entire space downstairs for interviewing recording etc ! -super cool) I hear the owners make killer expresso martinis.. The Pitch (next to Carolina Brewery) is just getting going! Try for fun -sing or spectate. (Video is goofing off- all imaging is just the upstairs!) (hours and events vary)”

“We love the Carolina Club!!! On campus, great food and fellowship, tailgating, pregame and special events, etc!! Membership price is really low but high value for what you get. Check them out, especially if you have a student at UNC, or just love to dine in Chapel Hill and/or visit the area / school. Ask for Kevin, the membership coordinator. You'll thank me later.”

“Fantastic stay here recently. The only weird thing is that their restaurant doesn’t serve biscuits for breakfast. At a quintessential Southern hotel? Really?

Walkability: Some entrances are accessible but beware that some sidewalks around the property are blocked by tree roots. It may take a bit longer to get around.”

“Comfortable room with king size bed. Easy checkin and checkout. Great location for getting to UNC Medical Center. Grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity.”

“One of my friends had their grad party here and it was a great time. Top notch venue with great music. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend checking this place out!”

“Expensive, but really nice rooms. No free breakfast and not a great parking situation. Nothing is really walking distance. It’s not too far from Chapel Hill, but it’s just a bit of an awkward distance away. The main lobby etc is quite nice.

It’s more of a 4.5stars hotel, but giving it 5 to boost average up from 4.1.

Reception staff were nice and gave us a wine opener too.

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable
