I made an appointment for a passport and I was hoping the reviews were not true/if the issue had gotten resolved. Don’t schedule an appointment here because there is no one that does appointments at this location!

How in the world is any working person supposed to make it to this post office to pick up packages when they close at 4pm? Online it says 5 but on the door they have scraped the 5 off & hand written a 4. So I got off early to find out they changed their hours from what's online.

Had a passport appointment. Nobody was there. Had to take time off work and nobody even called to reschedule. If I did the same thing at my work I will be fired. Unbelievable !!!!!
