Given the hilariously bad condition of the bike I brought in to have fixed, I appreciated that the friendly staff didn't try to sell me another. They kept to the estimate, cleaned up the bike and finished several hours early. You can't ask for more.

The staff at Chapel Hill Trek are always super professional and able to clearly tell me what I need to fix or maintain to keep my bike in top notch shape and to keep me safe. They are consistent and know me and my bike, which gives me confidence in their work. I also love that they are here in town, close to bike and pedestrian routes so that I can cycle in for service.

Friendly staff, fast and organized service and not "broken supply chain". Dropped the bike for service and picked it up within a day.My previous experience of other bike shops was usually condescending mechanics, "broken supply chain" or ridiculous answers such as "between a couple of weeks to a month" service time.Rachel explained every detail to me first. And they actually got the job done. I took my bike to Trek shop Chapel Hill after problems with shifting starting from my front derailleur and they fixed the entire drivetrain.Highly recommend.

The team at Trek Chapel Hill was friendly and helpful! They got me rolling again very quickly. Additionally, so glad I bought Bontrager wheels and not some internet bargain. I cracked the carbon rim on the rear wheel, and Trek replaced it, no questions asked!

Great retail and service. I never would have expected a large company to become my favorite local bike shop, but it is. I needed some things done, I could check parts inventory online and hold the parts, called and they had availability to do the work next biz day. Far better experience than what I had with a locally owned small bike shop. My bike isn’t even a Trek. My new first choice for bike service.

I was coming in from out of town for Mother’s Day and was a few minutes out from the Trek store when they closed. I called the store while I was on my way and they we’re kind and generous enough to let me come in and purchase a physical gift card. When I arrived the Trek team greeted me with a smile and stellar customer service.My mom is a very avid cyclist, pretty close to professional, so this was the perfect gift. Thanks for saving Mother’s Day Trek!

I got rear ended while my brand new Trek was mounted on a hitch rack. Their service manager, Masato, was extremely helpful in finding the best solution to my concerns. Nolan is one of the salespeople and he is really nice, polite, and knowledgeable. In addition to the nice staff, no Trek in the triangle area can beat their prices on closeout deals.

The sales associate listened to our needs and assessed them. I had researched the bikes beforehand and since I owned a 2014 Verve 2, I knew what I wanted. When we picked up the bikes, the other associate we dealt with made sure we had the appropriate equipment and accessories so we could ride safely and enjoy our rides more.I highly recommend trek

Very professional, very knowledgeable staff and high quality products, for what more can you ask? I called to see if I needed an appointment for a minor repair, they told me to come in and fixed my issue in no time. They had a waiting area, comfortable chairs and refreshments, and I was on my way with my bike. Great place, highly recommend this place

I wanted to buy my first commuter bike, but I was not very knowledgeable about bikes and all the required elements to ride safely. The store staff (Brian and Nolan) did an amazing job providing advice and helpful tips to raise my confidence levels and start my commuting journey. I cannot recommend enough the outstanding service and products offered at this location.

Matt was great. Very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. At no point did I feel he was forcing a product on me. Great store with very good customer service. Pricey though as with most good quality products!
