    Great bikes and gear but the true stars are the staff at the store. Friendly and helpful are the main ingredients for a successful experience and Trek Chapel Hill provide both.

    Given the hilariously bad condition of the bike I brought in to have fixed, I appreciated that the friendly staff didn't try to sell me another. They kept to the estimate, cleaned up the bike and finished several hours early. You can't ask for more.

    The team at Trek Chapel Hill was friendly and helpful! They got me rolling again very quickly. Additionally, so glad I bought Bontrager wheels and not some internet bargain. I cracked the carbon rim on the rear wheel, and Trek replaced it, no questions asked!
