The people there are so very helpful and friendly. Both the men who helped me out this morning went out of there way when I had questions and needs involving painting the inside of my house. I highly recommend this place! ?

I stopped into this store today for the first time as I needed some spray paint for a small project. First off they had popcorn! Also every staff member I passed smiled and said hello. I haven’t had staff members smile at me in a store for a long time. The prices may be a tad higher on some things but everything I needed was so easy to find and quicker since the store was smaller. I walked around, curious, looking for all the things I could remember I bought from a big hardware store in the past several years and they had it all! Also the manager was super helpful and carried out the big planter I ended up purchasing.

Did you know they have a small & very decent selection of craft bottled sodas? As well as the only place in town (as far as I know) that carries bottles of Joe’s Lemonade & Teas… also great home/DIY products and friendly staff!

Always friendly and has the little, hard to find things the big box stores do not carry. Even ordered me some 2 inch plastic coupling and called when they arrived.

Surprisingly well stocked for its location and relatively quaint nature. Staff are usually knowledgeable. Have gotten a wide variety of odds and ends here.

One of may favorite hardware stores in Chapelboro. I like Ace stores. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is helpful and friendly

My first trip to Town and Country Hardware after living in Chapel Hill since June, 2020. What a great place! They have such a wide variety in their inventory. We came in needing a paint match for an indoor project but after roaming the store, found other items we needed. So much handier and friendlier than the big box stores we have been frequenting. We'll definitely make this our go-to hardware store.

I LOVE this local hardware store. They have a wonderful selection. They are always friendly and helpful with my purchases. I enjoy their selection of yard decorations, pots and plants. I regularly drive out of my way to visit their store and support this local business.

Dave the assistant manager was simply awesome - helped with tedious hardware and was patient with my long list of questions. Great place for service alone!
