This place is the worst I went to go get a ice cream and they said that place was closed and then a lady there proceeds to tell me that they are not open to the public like how are you gonna have a public place and not let people buy there just because it's not open to the public like they didn't even put that on their website or anything I was gonna cuss her out but I decided to be a nice.

Charming rustic brunch place for our group of 30. The food was good, the staff was easy to work with, and everything was on time. I recommend giving it a try!

I used the Honeysuckle Tea House to host a bridal shower for my sister and was beyond impressed! Justin and his team were so kind and took care of set up and break down. The food was fresh and delicious with incorporated heirloom ingredients grown on the property. Staff made planning and booking the event so easy with everything done virtually and over the phone. Don’t miss out on using this beautiful event space for your next event!

Just an FYI as I didn't see this before driving out for tea: this is a private event venue, not open to the public. Super cute and friendly people but a bit confusing as menu/cafe photos are pretty prominent on Google.

Beautiful setting not far from Carborro. I had a wonderful wine dinner here outside over the summer. The venue couldn’t have been more beautiful and everything from food to wine was perfect.

My husband surprised me with the holiday tea they were doing and it was wonderful! The scones were cute and delicious and the tea was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our time there. I will definitely be coming back in the spring!

I wish I could give six stars, because I cannot recommend The Honeysuckle Tea House enough! My husband and I held our wedding at this venue, and it was everything we wanted it to be. The environment of Honeysuckle is so beautiful and cozy and inviting that we basically didn't have to do any decorating ourselves. Svetlana and the whole event team were awesome to work with, and the day-of folks on-site were super helpful! And the in-house catering was SO GOOD! All our guests were gushing over how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. They especially liked the firepits and 'smores station provided by Honeysuckle. It's also a great venue if you'll have kids at your wedding, as there's a playground and lots of space to run around (the kids at our wedding had a blast!) Also, they're dog-friendly, if you want your pup to be part of your special day! I'm so grateful to the Honeysuckle team for making our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and fun.

My wife and I were lucky enough to get married here! The venue is stunning, spacious, and absolutely packed with flowers and greenery. We saved a lot of money since we hardly had to decorate at all! Besides the beautiful venue, the staff were truly a pleasure to work with. Svetlana is accommodating, communicative, and one the nicest people around. Our several wedding meetings were made much more pleasant with several types of ice tea grown right on site.

The Tea House has long been a favorite place of mine in the triangle and i was thrilled to be able to host our wedding there. The grounds are beautiful and filled with the care of their stewards, and the tent, main building, bar and bandstand provided exactly what we needed. We were very happy to have booked the tea house and would highly recommend it, and it’s also true that they are newly an event venue and so some some of the systems aren’t yet deeply established, but if you can go with the flow of that process it’ll be worth it.

Honeysuckle Tea House's shift to exclusive private events has been disappointing for those who once enjoyed its public accessibility. Their website or google is not explicitly mentioning that it’s closed for public which is a clear lack of communication.

You think you are heading in the wrong direction until you get there. It is out in the countryside and is a very quaint. They have several teas available and even a bar serving alcohol. It's also a great meeting space!

lamentations of a (possibly former) employee. I say possibly former in parentheses above because I genuinely do not know where I stand in this establishment. It has been 6 months since I have had any kind of communication with either of my bosses. After telling me I was a valued employee and being told I had health benefits on the way as well as a promotion I have been dumbfounded at the utter lack of communication and regard for their employee's wellbeing. I used to love not only spending time here but also working here. Recently however I have found the owner to be non responsive and he has turned this lovely and lively place into a "special events" cash grab. The baristas are wonderful yet very ill trained (they do try their best most of the time) and instead of being a community driven business, the owners have turned focus to private events that are expensive and mediocre at best (I speak from experience behind the bar.) they boast "home blends" of tea but I can assure you all but three teas come from an online store. The employees are now extremely ill equipped for massive crowds and patrons are often frustrated and overheated or freezing by the time they get up to the counter. As a flustered (possibly former) employee I'm hoping this harsh reality will catch Jeff and Svetlana's attention and I might finally get some closure as to the multiple promotions that were dangled in my face while I was working there. Do not give these people your business.

I recently attended two amazing events at the Honeysuckle Tea House, and I cannot recommend this place enough!Firstly, I had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting dinner event on the farm, and it was an unforgettable experience. The wine was excellent, and the food was top-notch, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole evening truly enjoyable. It was a great opportunity to socialize with other wine enthusiasts while enjoying delicious food and drink.Secondly, I had the pleasure of bringing my family to the Honeysuckle Tea House's Easter egg hunt event. Children had a blast hunting for eggs even on a rainy weather day while we adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the Tea House. The staff had done an excellent job preparing for the event despite of the weather conditions. It was a fun and memorable day for all of us.Overall, I highly recommend the Honeysuckle Tea House to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere, staff, and events are all fantastic, and I cannot wait to visit again! Five stars!

We did a wonderful Celebration of Life event at The Honeysuckle Teahouse just recently. It is a beautiful rustic setting, and Svetlana was so accommodating and helpful to us in figuring out which part of the venue to use, what food and drink to provide and she even stepped in last minute to create the flower arrangements from flowers available on their site. Our event was just like we imagined, couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

Our son got married here last weekend and everything was perfect! The venue, the staff and the catering were all 5 star! Thank you for a magical night!
