After I turned off, my phone screen turned out black, and it did not restart again. However, I am so glad that TCP service was repaired and Finally I got my phone back again. I have many thanks for their friendly and good service toward customer.

Very disappointed in the quality of repair. Had to come into the store more than once after it was “fixed” - no offer of a refund or discount for multiple trips to fix service issues.

I was delighted to get the hardware on my i-Phone fixed in a local business in 45 minutes, while I waited, and at a very affordable price, instead of handing my phone to Apple to send out for a week or more. James outlined options, asked my preferences, and provided exceptional service. He knows his stuff! After my phone screen blacked out on me this morning, I called TCR, hoping they had some free time to help me out. This was my first time there, and all I can say is WOW. I explained to James that I needed a simple screen replacement. James was prompt, fast, friendly, and his service was flawless. Upon coming home, I realized he cleared my phones speakers out without me even asking. I am beyond impressed and definitely will be coming back for any future repairs. I highly recommend!

They suck, I went here to get my broken phone traded in like 3 years ago and they gave me another broken phone! I’ve since then gotten a new phone and needed my screen repaired but they messed it up and now it lags and doesn’t work on certain buttons. Terrible costumer service.

My charging cord broke inside my iPhone and it was a long piece. I called this place, was given two quotes, depending on how bad it was. I was in an out of the store in under 5 mins with the piece removed for only $10. It was the perfect experience!

Do not go here!! Communication and expectation management is non-existent!From the get go there were red flags that as soon as I told my husband about he asked why I was going to this place and I should have listened.The screen to my Pixel 7 Pro got cracked on a trip. As soon as I got home I started calling companies in the area concerning a repair as it was a brand new phone and I didn't want to have to replace it. I called one place that told me they didn't have any screens for my phone in stock , so I then called TCR. They said they had it in stock and could order the part for me as soon as I came in and put a deposit down. I double checked on the item stating that the last place I called didn't have the item in stock. James assured me they did, so I went right in. As soon as I arrived at the store 15 minutes later I was told that they didn't have it in stock but they could order an after market part for half the price. He assured me that it had a year warranty and would work with my phone. I do everything with my phone, and I wanted it fixed so I agreed. I put a deposit down and he said he would order the part and they would have it by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I call them to see if they have it, they don't. I haven't heard from the shop at all, so again I call Thursday (they said 3-5 business days and Thursday would be 5 business days from when they ordered the part) I gave them a call. He said they had it in stock but at this point it was late in the day since they never called me so I wasn't able to bring it in until the next day. I bring it in on Friday and James tells me it will only take an hour for him to fix my phone. I tell him I have a trip on Monday and I'll need my phone back by then. He assured me it will be ready so I leave the phone and plan to come back in an hour. I go back to pick it up and he tells me that the part they ordered doesn't work for my phone and that in the process of trying to fix it my phone can't be put back together. He tells me they will overnight the part and have it fixed by tomorrow (they are open on Saturdays). It's Saturday afternoon I haven't heard from them so I called again, only to find out the manager can't guarantee a part can be overnighted, James isn't even working today and they won't be able to fix my phone. So I am stuck with the horrible loaner phone they gave me for a cross country trip where I am a maid of honor in my sister's wedding. When I finally get home from my trip I have to call them yet again to find out if my phone is fixed. Miracle of miracles they say it's fixed. I go in, pick it up and give them back the loaner. On my way home I figure out the fingerprint scanner isn't working. Thankfully my husband is a software engineer so he could fix it for me so I didn't have to go in and deal with this terrible company again.
