Rude employee in food section: asked employee if she worked there, she half nodded (speaking too difficult for here). Asked location on an item. After an unbelievable pause she stated where it was located (it wasn't). Very rude employee.

Twice now I've gotten groceries here that turned out to be moldy. Ravioli the first time and most recently I did a grocery pickup and the bell peppers they gave me had mold on them when I opened the plastic. So disappointed. I've also bought school supplies here and that's been fine. 5 cent discount if you bring your own bag

While in town for a wedding, hubby realizes he forgot his belt. We decide to come here to purchase one. It's a smaller version of a usual Target. It's also in downtown Chapel Hill so you must park in the garage since street parking is limited. If you're out in less than an hour parking is free which is good. It's to my observation that prices seem very inflated, maybe because they cater to college students? Not sure. They seemed to have a good amount of what stock they had even with their much smaller store. I can't really speak on service. While walking around we passed several employees and none of them said hello or asked for help. We used self checkout so we didn't have a check out person. In conclusion, this Target is meh.

I love Target. Each and every time. They deliver exceptional service and an even better experience. I’m proud to be a consumer at Target.

Do not waste you time going to this target. It very small and most likely does not have what your looking for. I bought some things online and picked up at a different locations. My receipt was on my app and because I live so much closer to this one, it told me I could return it here. There staff was no help at all and I was not able to return my item. Not to mention a pain to get to and bi had to pay to park.

Very tiny, it's an embarrassment to be called a Target. And employees don't even know where anything is and there aren't enough of them.

I think this location is great and I would recommend coming here. I just needed a iPhone car mount and they had the magic mount that I was looking for. There was some water on the floor from a leaking fridge system, but other than that the store seems clean. The customer service is good and checkout was easy. The only reason I have been hesitant to come here is because of not knowing where to park. However, there is a parking deck next door that has free parking for the first forty five minutes.

I don't think people should return a large percentage of their buys. In this case I had to, as it was a gift for a young relative. When it was indicated that the gift, a piece of clothing wasn't really appreciated I returned it to the store next to me. Even though the item wasn't bought at this location the store associate made it very easy.

Very small store. The CVS pharmacy is what keeps this store open. I wish they'd expand the UNC Franklin Target to carry more essential products
