About to bring my vehicle back to this shop. Myself and my family has been bringing our vehicles to this shop for the past 15 years with dozens of repairs done. Previously we compared quotes to the dealership, now we don’t bother (if it’s out of warranty). Sturdivants has been the most honest, highest quality, and quickest turnaround any of us (my family) have ever experienced. Its hard to find an honest shop.

they said they could do a simple fix for me, made me wait all day only to tell me they couldn't. they couldn't even call me to tell me they couldn't just had me wait so long. front desk service guy was rude with an attitude (zero customer service skills, acting like he's overworked/underpaid). I get it they might do good work and all that but sheez learn a little customer service please.
