I would like to thank TMobile and Payton located at 1490 Fordham Blvd for exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a new phone and ran into a problem with accessing set up on my new phone. I called T mobile and spoke to Payton and eventhough I did not purchase my phone thru them he was willing to assist me and treated me as if I made my phone purchase with TMobile. So Thank you Payton and TMobile for your very professional care.

Three people working at this location but apparently only one of them knows how to do their job because the other two had to stop every 2 minutes and ask the other guy for help. Stood around waiting to be helped for 20-30 minutes while the one competent employee did the other two’s jobs

Worst branch ever. I have insurance on my phone, first time I go to this location and no one knows how to process the claim. Instead asking me to pay more and when after wasting so much time I explained that I have 100% coverage. Then they sent me the Apple Store because “that’s the process.” I have done this before and other branches never did this…. EVER. It is ridiculous. I guess it’s time to stop paying t-mobile

I want to save others from the pain we went through. We live in 27516 and thought it was time to lower our bill. I get tired of paying more for cell service than gas and electric combined. Anyway, we switched to T mobile and it was worse than having no service. Phone calls dropped constantly and data didn’t work at all. They also brag about customer service which is non existent. We switched to Verizon almost immediately. We would’ve done it immediately but had to wait for the weekend because we work. If you switched recently then you know this is not a quick thing. Anyway T mobile is billing over $100 for the week of no service. We were not under contract and they didn’t give us a phone.

Visited the T-Mobile Chapel Hill Store today and was very impressed by the service. I wanted to activate my esim and Crayvon who served me handled my case professionally and I was blown away. I was all impatient but he stayed calm and made sure my phone was well activated. Look out for him. Very polite and made me feel like a happy camper. Keep up the good customer service Crayvon. Your future is bright. Thank you for your impeccable service. ????

I was extremely pleased with both the product and the service I recently received at Chapel Hill T-Mobile. My customer service attendant, Mike Rud, was awesome and his personal assistance, invaluable! He was patient, efficient, courteous -- and all with a sense of humor. Moreover, he made my transition to T-Mobile a painless and gratifying experience. Thank you, T-Mobile, for attendants like Mike. Because of him, I will recommend T-Mobile to others!

I rarely write reviews, but the reps are so outstanding at this store I'd give them six stars if I could. I've been to two other T-Mobile stores in the Triangle for service, and the results at each were, honestly, awful. I've also had frustrations with T-Mobile service over the phone. But the reps at this store were smart, professional, and courteous and solved my problems in minutes. In fact, I'm pretty sure those problems would never have existed if I'd originally signed on to T-Mobile at this store.

Don't waste your time. These guys don't know what they're doing. My SIM card wouldn't work at first and the guy spent 10 minutes just dialing the same number to no effect.Go to the store in Durham, they know what's up.

I ordered service from TMobile by phone and they completely screwed it up. Went to Chapel Hill store at Eastgate, and Dar'rell and Ty were fantastic in untangling the mess. They were patient and super helpful. TMobile store in Chapel Hill is the best!

I decided to change to T-Mobile from Verizon. We went in person to make this changeover as we were also getting new phones at the same time. If you do not want to be overcharged and deal with problems 4 months later, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I still do not have the correct pricing and had to contact T-Mobile for our rebates and bill corrections and 4 months later, the pricing we signed up for is still not appearing on our bill. The customer service rep sold us chargers both for I-phones, which would be fine except I bought a Samsung. They also added on a service for a watch, which is not even able to access the internet except through wifi. (My wife happened to be wearing hers). I would call this store crooked and dishonest. The store had few options to choose from the phones we wanted, you would be better off buying online I believe.

Be sure to check your bill. The young man added insurance to my apple watch after I very clearly told him not to do that. Customer service was great at removing it and the charge from my bill.

Absolutely one of the finest technicians I've come across in a store Darrell was phenomenal, Also the store Manager Ty was amazing and a true leader and trainer for her staff. I highly recommend this location.

Deceptive sales tactics. Never had an issue with T-mobile until this store. Months later paying for what we were told were promotions and corporate telling us the promotions didn’t exist. Avoid this store and try a different one, or call corporate and confirm what you’re being told is correct
