I hardly ever have to go in person to a bank been when I do, I love coming to this Pinnacle Branch. They are incredibly helpful, nice, and always remember me. Coffee and treats, too.

Excellent customer service, both in person and on the phone. (They actually answer the phone, which is not always the case at bigger banks.) If there's a problem, they solve it.

Wonderful experience! I was encouraged to open a personal checking account by a friend and it has been so simple to take care of all my needs. Everyone in this branch is so nice, they always go above and beyond to make me feel at home!
