I recently visited PakMail and was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding service! They truly are a one-stop shop for everything you could need. From shipping with multiple carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to professional packing services, they made my entire experience stress-free and efficient.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. I highly recommend them for their convenience, range of services, and exceptional customer care!

I’ve yet to have a good experience dealing with anyone inside this Pak Mail. The drop and go space seems easy and convenient however it’s extremely inconsistent. While they claim it’s picked up daily for processing, every item I’ve dropped or even had them scan in does not move for multiple days. You’re better off going direct to whichever shipper you’re working with, don’t waste your time here.
Two stars so you don’t totally discount the review without reading it. It’s truly a 0 star experience.
Edit: I’ve added in the voicemail left by the PakMail team for visibility of the service provided. While I was in a meeting at the time, I called them back and was berated for this review.

I came into PakMail very nervous because I needed to ship a $5,000 computer from NC to CA. If the computer arrives to CA damaged all my warranties are voided. I came in to PakMail and Nathan and Isabelle were SO HELPFUL! They were able to create a custom box for my computer and took extra time to measure and cut out perfect foam housing for my computer so that it was secured like a TANK. I am so grateful for the great environment and service provided by these two. If you have an expensive or delicate item that you need a custom packaging created DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Come to pakmail if you want it done correct and by great friendly people

I would give zero stars if I could. Seeing the sign on the front of the store, a US Post Office logo, lead me to think the rates for mailing would be the same or only slightly more. Actually 2 1/2 times more!!!! The man who handled my two small packages to be mailed a few states over was really slow, thereby wasting my time AND didn’t tell me how much higher the rates would be. I paid $21.77 for what would have been under $10 at the Post Office. There is no reason to go here—go to your Post Office or UPS facility and save time and money and get faster delivery! Don’t believe me, make the comparison yourself like I did. I won’t go there again and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t ask how much? BEFORE the stickers went onto my packages! You pay more for EVERYTHING there because as they explained to me, “We’re a business and we have to charge or we would go out of business.”

Absolutely horrible service waited in line 25 minutes because the clerk did not speak very good english just to find out that they do not scan QR codes for amazon returns. Won't be coming back.

Approached our local PakMail about shipping a large painting/diorama to Arizona.
Nathan, the owner, was very honest in admitting that he could not find an available box big enough and that he was still looking for a quality resource to build custom boxes.
Left to my own devices I designed and built a container that Nathan felt would provide sufficient protection during shipping.
Once the artwork was packed, Nathan quickly found the best shipping company at a good price and arranged quick pickup from his store.
It was a pleasure working with this hard working and honest entrepreneur… definitely will use this store again.

They made shipping my silver Flugelhorn back to Netherlands for repairs worry free....the manufacturer commented on how well the Flugelhorn was packed. He helped me understand my choices and showed patience to satisfy my, "are you sure" questions. Thank you so much.

Normally, I only write 5 star reviews, but I believe everyone should know what terrible service this store offers. I went here to send packages FedEx. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. Not only to me, but to then gentleman who was trying to ship a guitar ahead of me. She told him to come back next week. First she told me she could not ship my packages because they did not have appropriate labels. I said I thought they provided labels, and she said they did and went behind the counter to make the labels. Then she said the only FedEx option was 1 day, no guaranteed time, or one day with a time of arrival for over $70 per package(I had 4 large boxes). I had read on the FedEx site that they offered 5 day ground shipping which is what I wanted, but she told me they did not offer such a thing and if I did not want any of the options that she offered, to come back next week and ship one day with no guaranteed time if I wanted to be sure my package did not arrive after 5 on Friday. I will never go back to this store.

Nathan was incredibly helpful in figuring out the cheapest way to ship a few lamps we bought at auction from Leland Little. Great communication and saved us a few hundred dollars on shipping which was what the other pack and ship companies quoted. In addition to that, they are just easy to work with and their price quotes are fair and reasonable. If you are looking for pack and ship services for anything near Chapel Hill, look no further than Pak Mail US470!

Sent a BMW seatbelt using them. After 2 months Of saying the package was delayed through FedEx they said all they could return was my shipping cost which later on they said that the store owner they couldn’t even do that. As a parts dealer I sent a lot of parts there but I will not be doing that again.

Terribly understaffed. One woman there all alone, with 2 children. Unable to copy an address. Took a full hour to mail two items. To her credit, she tried. Inadequate staffing.
