I was a patient for over 20 years and I have been dropped. Thank you to all the providers that accepted my insurance for my family of four all these years. Unbelievable!

I managed to get a same week appointment to assess a recent concern. It was a very smooth visit. I saw Dr Kristen Caulfield and was very pleased with her thorough evaluation and attention to care. Thank you to the whole team.

Wonderful office. Front staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Dr Wood is amazinggggg! My kids are so lucky to have her and her colleagues (Dr. Waters, Dr. McPherson, Dr. Kylstra) as their doctors. Nurses are wonderful- Debra, Katie. Would highly recommend!!!

Just don’t go here. With absolutely no notification they dropped me as a patient. I’d been going for nearly 20 years, stopped during the pandemic (for obvious reasons). I called to talk to someone about finding a new provider (The doctor I was w talked down to me on a regular basis and I realized I wasn’t go in because of that) and just happens to find out I’m not a patient, period. Ridiculous. Someone in the last month reached out to get an appointment on the books, too. Yesterday I had a breast exam and someone from this clinic responded w my test results. If I’m not a patient why was that? Absolutely ludicrous.

Very satisfied with the care here. Coming from the military our family is used to seeing whichever provider is available. We've been fortunate enough to establish a 6+ year relationship with Dr. Bergdolt. She's fantastic, knowledgeable and provides excellent care to our family. We've also see Dr. Waters for sick visits and he has been fabulous. Very happy to have such great care close to home.

Absolutely the WORST. Almost impossible to get ahold of a doctor to schedule an appointment. When my Doctor, Dr. Kilstra, was unavailable (again) a male doctor prescribed me medicine that caused my eczema to flare up horribly and it is now triggered whenever I have anxiety, which, Good LUCK getting mental health support as well. When telling doctors about my anxiety I was told to 'pray' or 'take a walk.' Nurse has also made comments regarding my weight as well. A completely unprofessional practice all-around! This review has been 4+ years in the making.

Dont wast your time here. Rude residents, rude employees, and the lab lady is the rudest. I've went in repetitively for refills and they cant keep up with the simplest request. Go to another office with people who care.

Dr. Tobin has been our family doctor for many years and he has done an excellent job for our health care! Ever since he left this practice, we have been held hostage through the inability to get another PCP at this location and have been told that we don't have a choice in selecting another doctor until they have a replacement for him. They are yet to find a replacement for the doctor that left a year before Dr. Tobin, so don't know how long that would be. My husband was told that we would be transferred to a doctor of our choice, after he filed a complaint, but we were never assigned to them. Meanwhile, we can only be seen by interns. And based on my last office visit, that is very disconcerting.

Everyone is super nice. People working at the front desk are polite and efficient, Dr. Kylstra is awesome.

Love most of the doctors there. Especially Dr. Barnes and Dr. Williams. Do not see Dr. Tobin unless you like being treated like a number though.

The LPN, Nicholas, seriously lacked in both social and technical skills (i told him my allergies were listed wrong and he said he didnt know how to fix it).
The doctor at one point interrupted the intake to ask about other patients and instead of stepping out, they had a conversation in my room.
Dr. Tobin from the very beginning presented as uncaring and uninterested in my concerns. I would state a concern and all he would say is 'ok.'
I left an hour after my appointment with no tests run, not even bloodwork (came in for a physical) because he told me I wasnt allowed to get bloodwork without prior fasting.
I later walked back in to get the managers contact info to be given the number to the nurses after hours line. I finally got the managers voicemail to have to leave a message. (3 months later, still never even received a call from the manager. )
This office seems to be undertrained, and disorganized, with poor communication.

Dr. Barnes, Dr. Kilstra, Beth and Nurse Deborah have just been incredible to me as I faced a recent illness. Dr. Barnes has gone above and beyond to walk me through a very challenging time. He was very attentive, caring and thorough. His comfort and care made a real difference to me. I can not thank him enough.

Dr. Wood is my daughter's pediatrician. She is simply wonderful! She is very sweet, patient, calming, and dedicated. She always responds to my MyChart messages. At the end of our phone calls, she always sends her regards to my daughter and sincerely conveys that she looks forward to seeing her in the office again in the future. She even called me on a Sunday about my concerns which, honestly, could have waited until Monday. We are so fortunate to have found her so close to home!

Dr. Barnes is my two boy's doctor here and he is so wonderful! On the occasions he was unavailable to see them for a sick appointment we saw other doctors and they were great as well. The doctors here always listen carefully and take into consideration the patient's and parent's desires while being clear about the child's best interest, yes that's a difficult line to walk but they do it perfectly. Enough credit can't be given to the wonderful nurses here as well! My 6 month old actually wanted his nurse to hold him after his vaccines ♥️ we moved two counties over and still this is still our PCP.
