This review doesn't pertain to this specific branch, it's all Bank of America, but I had to use this branch because they closed other branches and this is the only game in town. I just needed to make a deposit, and the drive through is closed, I had to park across the street because the parking lot is full. There are about 20 people in line, elderly, one lady 90 years old standing outside in 90 degree heat waiting in line to get in, and two teller's, with two teller windows closed , but four other employees of the bank walking around looking busy. Closing branches and opening up less teller windows in the branches that are open is not acceptable. It took me 30 minutes on my lunch hour just to make a deposit. I have another account at First Citizen Bank, al branches are open and all teller windows and drive through are open. Bigger is not better, you should consider smaller and more efficient banks , that appreciate your business, and know your time is valuable.
