I would give M Tailor a minus 10 stars if I could. I brought a brand new $120 blue blouse to her to take in the sides. When I picked it up, I wondered why she had folded it in a plastic bag instead of putting it on a hanger. When I took my blouse out of the bag, it smelled like washing machine detergent. Then I saw why. Both sleeves had been stained and the blue dye stripped of color because she obviously tried to get the stains out. When I took the blouse back to her and pointed out the stains, she lied and told me I had brought it in that way. When I told her the blouse was brand new, she started yelling and telling me to get out of her shop. I had been a loyal customer for 10 years and she treated me that way. This woman, Mi, is a liar and I will never use her services again. I recommend finding a tailor who is truthful and admits to a mistake in the interest of good business.

Amazing service. Turned a suit around in two days for a wedding. They nailed the whole fitting experience, and the completed work was spot on. Felt expensive till I ‘suited’ up for the wedding- it looked great.
