There’s not enough people working the register and my mother finds the self check out difficult to navigate as an elderly person who isn’t used to using self check out for shopping.

I shop at this location pretty often. However yesterday I was putting my 3 year old in his car seat as my husband placed the groceries in the car….one of the employees decides to drain the water from on of the huge silver coolers and literally got water all over me. I wouldn’t have been that upset about if he would have apologized. He stared at me and didn’t say a thing. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally a manager answered and he didn’t seem to care at all. In a Very condescending tone he asks “So he got ice on you? Ummm no it was water and all over the back of my clothes! To me customer service is everything and this was beyond disappointing! Never again.

Unsatisfied customer on many many occasions ? The PRODUCE SECTION is unacceptable ? What happened!! Alot of vegetables are bad!! Alot of vegetables should be thrown out and replaced with FRESH vegetables. Cabbage should be FRESH- not cutting off the bad - rotten areas and put back to sell to the customers ? It's spring- summer almost- throw that bad mess away. Your lowering your produce because it's BAD. The produce department needs help. There are major defects with the producte dept- lemons- cucumbers+ more. This demographic area of Cole Park Plaza is booming. Lately I have been going to Harris Teeter down the street- Yet have I seen the product area unkept- bad food- always FRESH. Even Walmart took the negatives and turned there whole store around- its a beautiful- upkept- store now. Management is 80% the problem- it's a reflection of all aspects of maintaining high Quality at all times.

Great selection, really interesting asthetic (the place is like Disneyland but for groceries) and there's a beer den. People actually hang out here....at a grocery store...they hang out and have beers! It's great!!

Lowes Foods has been impressive. Samples around the store, cafe/ pub is a hidden gem. $1 mimosas on Sundays and coffee drinks are on par with the expensive alternatives. I’d gladly get a latte from Lowes over some of the chains. Bakery is always fantastic. Diana, the cake decorator, hand piped some lovely Minecraft cupcakes for a birthday and kids were super impressed.
