I have been purchasing jewelry at Light Years for almost 10 years! They have great tarnish free options (sterling silver, gold filled, vermeil), and other options that are plated but more wallet friendly. Always ask the employees for help finding what you need and you can’t go wrong!

Workers were pretty rude when I walked in, no interaction at all, and acted like I was going to steal lmfao. When I did end up purchasing a ring, they sold me one that was tarnished and turning green (i did not realize when I picked it out, my eyesight isn’t that good. Returned it. The one in Raleigh is so much nicer.

I’m SO upset. I like to wear a staple piece of jewelry and their silver pieces at the same price have always held up for me. I Decided to treat myself for all my hard work last week and paid $50 for a necklace that snapped off only days later without me even feeling it. I’d post a photo but it’s GONE. What a waste of hard-earned money on what turned out to be a cheaply made costume necklace.

I love their jewelry so much! It’s always reasonably priced and amazing quality. A great way to support local business! I recently bought a gold chain from there and it is amazing quality. It is dog friendly for all of you pet lovers out there!

I wanted to check out the earrings here because my friend has so many cute ones from the store but when I walked in, I wasn't greeted, the two employees were right at the entrance and it's a really small store as it is. One was sitting on the floor restocking and chatting animatedly with the other standing right near her, blocking half of the store.I checked out the earrings at the front of the store but at that point, I didn't feel like checking out any further. Didn't see any prices but some were cute. Customers service is why they lost a lot of the stars. Don't think I'd go back that that location

I always love bringing out-of-towners here, as it's a fun little jewelry boutique where you can also pick up a great gift.The other day I bought three pairs of earrings for less than $35, which is a steal compared to some of the other stores down the street!The staff here is always extra nice, and play fun music every time I've been in.

I was not treated right by three people today at the Village District store in Raleigh, NC when a 22 year old woman who works there called me Ma’am and was not friendly and her name is Ella and then a woman by the name of Emilie backed her up and said that she can call me that and gave me a phone number of the owner by the name of Shannon who I called and she was very strong in her manner and unfriendly, and I got the message that they don’t value my business. I treated people better in my jobs and treated anothers as I wanted to be treated. A customer is always right means nothing to these people.
