“Shopping for my bathroom fixtures and tub online was so stressful. And I was scared off Lowe's and Home Depot by the reviews. When my plumber suggested I go to Wilkinson Supply I jumped at the chance. In this day and age of buying online it can be hard to find in-person places to purchase these kinds of things. Tracy was so nice! She helped me choose, told me what was a top seller, even let me sit in a tub! I would go back to Wilkinson in a heartbeat!”

Her help made all the difference in the world on how happy I will be with my remodel. This is service you NEVER would get at a big box store, and yet she matched big box prices I looked up! “We ordered all our bathroom fixtures and cabinets from Wilkinson's. Our salesperson, Michael Tuck, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When he recommended something to me, I simply took his advice. Usually, I do a ton of research before I buy anything significant, but I didn't do this with him. We ended up having terrible problems installing the controls for the shower. Michael stepped up and provided assistance to get the problem resolved. This included two house visits with another plumber. I don't think very many salespeople would have gone to this trouble to help a customer resolve a problem. Throughout the process, Michael was always responsive and "on our side" to get the shower working.Michael has is now the manager and I'm sure his staff is following his example of how to treat a customer. My bathroom is now done, and I couldn't be happier with everything I got from Wilkinson's. For a variety of unrelated reasons, the renovation was a nightmare and Wilkinson's/Michael was the only part of it that was positive.”

“After the worst experience at the Fenton store with employees who weren’t raised right, the staff at this store was amazing to us. We purchased a hand soap/lotion set and realized it was the wrong fragrance after unwrapping it at home and the Fenton store refused to let us exchange it. I went to the Durham store to see if they could help and it was no problem at all. The Fenton location is much closer to me but I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way for better customer service.”

“In December 2018 I purchased what the salesperson and I thought was a Franke faucet that swiveled between two bowls of our kitchen sink. It was always hard to swivel and the arm was short. Spray was fine. Questioning why it was getting more difficult to "swivel" in late August of 2020, I checked under the sink, discovered I was moving all the pipes under the sink as I swiveled the faucet. Yikes. Fortunately, on file, I had the very short pamphlet with token schematics and the Franke's packing slip with the date. I took that and photos to Ferguson, Carrboro. The manager, Chad, was most helpful. I told him I did *not* want him to ding the salesperson. We've worked with them repeatedly and they're very knowledgeable and know their business. They take time with the customer. The problem is the wretched schematics. Period. Chad looked up the faucet in the Franke catalog. It took some doing. He had to call Barry in Franke. Sure enough, I was sold a fixed faucet, not a swivel. With Chad negotiating with Franke, Chad explaining how difficult it is to interpret the schematics in the catalog, and then the meager, tiny, pamphlet, Franke exchanged the fixed one with a swivel. Plumber praised the quality of the Franke faucet. The pamphlet was zilch. Both Chad and Barry both were very understanding. Ferguson is amazing. Actually, Franke too. Five stars for Ferguson. It's amazing how easy it was to work with both companies. Those schematics though are meager at best.”

“Update got the sofa in mid Jan.I am very upset that we haven’t received our orders and the delivery keeps being delay!! The staff told the sofa and ottoman were in stock when we purchased in July 2021 and we should get them in October 2021! And now your company keeps postponing the delivery dates without informing us!”
