My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kaylor and Josh at K&B Galleries. Both contributed to making our kitchen redo a smooth process. Kaylor is an amazing kitchen designer, and Josh was very helpful in choosing appliances and handled their timely ordering and delivery. We were very impressed with Kaylor's talent and professionalism. She was so responsive and flexible, worked closely with our contractor to coordinate work, and was essential to keeping the project on track. Kaylor's attention to detail was absolutely impeccable. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and then skillfully incorporated them into a well-thought-out design.The final result was a kitchen that not only reflects our personal style but also wows everyone who sees it. We wholeheartedly recommend K&B Galleries (and in particular, Kaylor and Josh) to anyone seeking to transform their kitchen into a functional and visually stunning space!

I bought my high end dishwasher at this store a few years ago and the top panel failed after warranty expired, so I went back to buy a different brand since the cost of repair was very high. The one representative in the store was working with another family and another person was waiting for him to work with her. I looked around for a while, saw him take the other family to see some products, and expected perhaps a wave or some signal of when he might be able to work with me. He looked past/through me with no sign of acknowledgement of me as prospective customer. I was willing to wait till after he had completed work with the family and the other customer who was there before me (and also waiting). He lost me at that point. I then went to Best Buy in Southpoint and found a huge well stocked section of all kinds of high end appliances and had an excellent and knowledgeable sales representative who met me at the display and explained the differences in the dishwashers. They even had a sale. I bought one and it will even be delivered this week, free, and include installation since I am total tech member.

Kaylor is the best thing that ever happened to this place. My wife and I were shopping kitchen cabinets at another local vendor and ended up choosing K&B Galleries. The price was great - service from Kaylor is beyond a 10 - and we can't wait to see our new kitchen put in. Incredible business and we are thrilled with the progress so far!

10/10 would recommend! We wanted someone local to buy a new range from and they were so easy to work with. The price included delivery & installation, which was one less things to worry about. Going to be buying the rest of our appliances from them. Pricing was comparable to big box stores, maybe a little extra, but definitely worth it for the support they provide.

Business name should be updated. Drove 30 minutes to Kitchen & Bath to look at bath ideas, etc. Literally there was nothing in the entire showroom that had to do with baths. Nothing. The Kitchen showroom was excellent, but it is not really professional to have a "gallery" that implies bathroom fixtures, etc and then have none.

I worked with Lee Hunnings at Kitchen and Bath Gallery of Chapel Hill and he was wonderful! He helped me get the appliance I needed (a Bosch range top) quickly and painlessly. He kept me updated on the order and called to confirm delivery himself. I wish I had been introduced to K&B Galleries at the beginning of my remodel project, but now that I know about them, I will be using them or everything going forward!

I cannot sing K&B's praises enough! Our initial meeting with sales rep, Matt Schumann went very well. He was knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we wanted out of the appliances for our home renovation and then helped us select beautiful appliances that also fit in our budget. They delivered everything on time and the order was correct. Delivery guys were great! A few months after install our dishwasher went bad, not only did Matt hop right on it, he introduced us to Julie Bauers, Client Services Rep, who has been an absolute godsend helping us deal with GE and manage their warranty and repair process. Everyone is extremely professional and communicative, I cannot recommend them enough. I will certainly work with them in the future and refer friends and family to them.

We came in thinking we wanted a certain hood to replace our over-the-stove microwave, and the gentleman who helped us very politely explained why we might want to consider something different - that was about a third of the cost. Many places would have not bothered to ask the questions to see what we really needed especially at a lower price.

I am over-the-moon excited about my new Bosch French door refrigerator, but even more, I was extremely impressed with the expert crew from Kitchen and Bath of Chapel Hill. From the very start, my sales rep, Lee, was absolutely wonderful to work with, guiding me in my purchase and helping me all along the way during my selection process and advising me on getting the space ready for the delivery. The removal of the old refrigerator plus the delivery and installation went great. Michael, Chris -- all the guys -- were wonderful, but RON, the amazing Ron, went above and beyond in the installation process and took extra steps on his own that ended up saving me money or an extra call to a plumber. It's always nice when someone saves me time and money! Everyone was so professional and pleasant, plus -- and this is something that makes certain service industry people stand out from the crowd -- they arrived ON TIME. I am thrilled. Lee and Ron also helped me with my JennAir downdraft cooktop last fall. Expert advice, professionalism, promptness -- you cannot ask for more. I love these people! I will certainly return to Kitchen and Bath for my future appliance needs.

We first bought our appliances with them 10 years ago. We have continued to go back every time we have has issues and their service is great. We see the same individual, and I am really glad I know him.

When my wife and I first considered renovating our kitchen and bath, it was a pretty daunting experience. I really wasn't sure how or where to begin. I dropped into Kitchen and Bath Galleries in Chapel Hill and from the very first visit, I felt welcomed. Julie welcomed me , offered me a cold beverage, and showed me around. The process was explained as I went from a general orientation to their services to a meeting with an excellent designer, to a discussion with their appliance sales, to receiving a list of general contractors who could oversee the process, to finally working out the details of what we wanted done and how the work would unfold. Obviously, on the second visit, my wife came with me and she had the same appreciation for the informative, friendly, low-pressure atmosphere that I did.

We recently moved into a new home and needed all new appliances. Matt Stewart gave us great advice and had the installation done exactly as promised. I stupidly ordered a refrigerator and washer and dryer from Costco.com, only to discover on move-in day that they had "lost" my order. I called Matt, and he managed to find everything I needed and get them to me by the next day. And his prices were competitive. Great service, highly recommend!
