Very slow service the last two times. Another person and I that also had a fleet vehicle waited for our oil changes and tire rotations for over an hour and a half. Last time it was over two hours. Other customers were in and out much faster who arrived later than us. They may have been getting a different kind of service. I think I'd have been okay with this if they had told me the amount of time it would probably take. I've never had it take this long with my personal vehicle.

I called for an inspection appointment at 2:35 pm for same day (Friday) after been rejected or postponed for 1+ week in 2 other businesses. I arrive at 3:08 pm, the tech who received my car was very courteous and knowledgeable (specially about the different counties inspection requirements) to be short, at 3:30 pm I was driving my car fully inspected and without pushing sales speeches to get more business from me. Definitely, I’m looking forward to take my car there for future services. Recommended without reserve!

Don't get me wrong, these guys are friendly, but they are somewhat inept overall. Pretty much botched my oil change and how the hell did it take 3 hours? Manager was nice enough to give me a solid discount but he shouldn't have had to cover for his own employee's incompetence. Take your vehicle elsewhere, I promise it's not worth the small money you might save.

I am so pleased with my recent experience. My wait times were less than I was told, the staff are extremely efficient, unbelievably friendly, and overall I thought, very helpful. Services were also cheaper than most of the other local chain businesses

I usually like this place because it's fast and easy for an inspection and everyone is quite friendly, However, the last time I went there with a recently procured older car in which I put a lot of money, the guy said, IT FAILED inspection..Then he said, JUST KIDDING. He also did this to my best friend. I guess he gets a thrill out of seeing people get upset. He should stop this.

The manager who I worked with was very thorough and took the time to make sure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle. The team at Jiffy Lube Chapel Hill has definitely changed over the past few months. I have had previous experiences where I felt uncomfortable and was dreading having to go in yesterday. Thankfully it seems like there is new management with a more respectable hardworking team.

Jordan and the technician who went over my full car report with me (maybe Mike) were both awesome. They made sure that I understood what was going on and met me where my knowledge of cars was at. I never felt like I was being sold anything.

I had several questions, both about my car (a 2019 collector's edition v8-289 Mustang driven by Tiger Woods at Pinehurst golf match) and the services Jiffy Lube could provide. Station manager was very knowledgeable, and ALL the employees there were very helpful. I WILL be coming back for future car care.

Great experience coming here for my safety check. I called Sunday morning and they told me to come in. I had to wait, but i came the last Sunday of the month so I was expecting to wait. I have an EV so they only charged me for the safety inspection. Super happy I came here and plan to go back.

I will start by saying I’ve been once before and service was fine. However this time I came in for a state inspection, typically a 15 to 20 minute inspection process. I was there nearly 2 hours. I was greeted by Anna who expressed that she was simply “here” when I asked how she was. She then was dissatisfied when I clarified that all I needed was the inspection (?). After a while, maybe half an hour, Anna calls me up and lets me know that my car has passed its inspection and is in the process of checking me out. Great. But then says she has to wait on some sort of sticker and that I can sit back down for now. I eventually figure out myself that my car is stuck behind a car receiving a full service, oil change, inspection, rotation, you name it. No communication from anyone, just have to sit there and wait. And wait. Something must have really been up with this car because they had to keep talking to the car owner too. Why is there no efficiency in the lanes, or a place where finished cars can escape?! Finally I see both our cars get pulled out of the garage and a technician brings both our keys in. Anna comes in and has the audacity to check him out first, stare at the computer a bit, and then leave again. Still no communication. I wait several more minutes before a technician comes in to ask me if all I needed was the inspection. Hello?! Yes! I tell him it’s been done and I’ve been stuck behind another car. He stumbles that he just got here (lucky him! I’ve been here forever!) and that I’ll be checked out soon. What a joke. Will no longer bring my business here.My condolences to the woman who came in shortly after me and when she asked for an update on her car, because she too only needed an inspection and was waiting forever, was told by Anna that no one told her it was even there. Hopefully she didn’t get stuck and have to wait an additional 2 hours.
