“I only went in to ask a few questions about switching my phone plan back to them and some other things. Brandon F was very patient and helpful when answering all of my questions (I had a lot)! I preferred going in store and asking rather than calling cs. I didn’t have an appointment, but I came in at the right time. There was a long line behind me. I waited maybe 30 mins, and was out within the hour. For this location, I would suggest scheduling an appt ahead of time instead of doing a walk in if you don’t want to wait in line!”
