The framing of my needlepoint and my aunt's favorite Bible verse for her 100th birthday exceeded my expectations. Emily patiently helped me select everything needed for this framing. Highly recommend Higgens and Myers. Staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. I had a flag box that had been damaged and they actually repaired it free of charge. Will take all my framing needs to them.

[Updated review on new ownership from March 2023] I came back to get some larger sentimental items framed. I came in not knowing what I wanted, but I got a ton of amazing recommendations and options. I brought in an oddly sized photo strip and a newspaper article. The staff (I wish I could remember names from my visits) was friendly and fun and took all my requirements (price, color, material etc) into consideration. The results were two beautifully framed and matted pieces of great quality for a great price.The pick up process was awesome. They were respectful of our masks (I came in with an older family member). They items were laid out to inspect, and we were given a full run down of proper glass/acrylic care. Both farmings came with expertly installed hanging wire and the proper hook and nail. I don't know why I wasn't expecting that, but it was awesome to walk out with everything I need to hang these. They even helped bring everything out to my car!My house is still pretty bare, but these look incredible on my wall. Thank you!![5 star review of previous ownership from 2017]I found an old bumper sticker like the one my mom had when we were kids. I thought framing it would be nice but had no idea where to begin. I walked in towards closing time, and Mary was so kind and patient. She offered all these ideas and we tried a few different frame types and colors and mattings until I found one I liked. They were quick and very well priced. And my mom absolutely loves the framed "If God is not a Tar Heel, then why is the sky Carolina Blue?" framing!

My first experience with Higgins & Myers was even more impressive than I imagined. I received professional, knowledgeable advice about framing my needlepoint canvas. In addition, I was shown multiple options to make sure that the final decision was the best for the canvas. My framed needlepoint was ready the date I requested; I love the framed piece and am glad that Higgins and Myers was recommended as the best frame shop. I will be back!

Masterful workmanship! I was able to get my painting framed in less than 48hours. I visited multiple stores in the area and Higgins & Myers was the most helpful and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable and are clearly perfectionists! I plan on returning for all my future framing needs.

Stunning framing of 100 year old Ukrainian Costume. Presented it to St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church. After setting it down against this wall, noticed the picture on the shelf above with a young woman wearing the exact outfit!
