Not what it used to be. We like HT but this store seems a bit dreary. We liked it better before Kroger bought HT. Since then prices have gone up, grocery selection has reduced, items are out of stock. When you ask staff about out of stock groceries... they just shrug and don't seem to care!

This sad store has done nothing but go downhill since the chain was purchased by Kroger. I tried to stick with it since it’s so close by, but have given up as there are better choices only slightly farther away.

Strawberries for $6.99 with mold?! Waste of my time to make a stop here. Definitely fallen behind compared with TJ or other stores.

Love this store. Great selection, great customer service. One time i got a product that had mold and i returned and showed them. They apologized, let us replace it with another of same or different brand and were extremely pleasant. It wasn’t their fault, product wasn’t expired, and it wasn’t obvious or easily visible, but they did right by us with no issue. This store is super nice.

Overall this is a nice Harris Teeter. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.That being said, the produce section needs work. I am a fan of habanero peppers. Harris teeter stocks habanero peppers however I am forced to go elsewhere to get them because they can’t be bothered to remove the ones that don’t sell from the shelf. I don’t want to have to sift through a pound of rotting peppers to pick out the good ones.
