I am extremely disappointed in your express curbside pick up. The knew website is not user friendly. Not printing a receipt when I pick up is terrible. Not being able to talk to shopper is disrupting communications. I do not like these changes and plan to go elsewhere.

Harris Teeter must be the worst pharmacy in the civilized world! Orders are lost. Supplies are always short. Lines are long. The website cannot be believed. If you ask for an emergency refill, they give you one day's supply. I will be so glad to drop these people like a hot potato and never, ever deal with them again. Customer beware. The pharmacist says they don't have time to help customers with errors in their order. I am happy to leave these people behind with a raised middle finger. The computer runs the shop here and these people don't have the intelligence or concern to actually help a customer. Goodbye and good ... riddance. Please read the first sentence of this review. It's still true and it still applies.

The pharmacists here are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, and willingly answer any questions. We also get our flu shots and other routine shots there, which is much easier than getting them at a doctor's office.

So, I placed an order. They sent me and email that the order was ready. I go pickup the order and make a few stops on the way back home. I started unpacking the bags and items are missing. I look at the sheet and they are listed out of stock. I called back to the store because no one called me to let me know. I spoke to the online department and they can't even find my order. This store has an excellent selection of comestibles and other food products, and things that one would eat, if one were so inclined to eat.

While Harris should have most of what you need, their shelves are usually poorly stocked.The worst thing about the store is that, although it is mandatory that people wear masks in a store HT is not enforcing it.

Not that this review will have any effect on HT, but I felt the need to write it. I wanted to try the grocery pickup option as this location is near my home. I made a small order of items to prepare for dinner, one of which was a roasted turkey breast from the deli. I received a VM that my order was ready 2 hrs early, but I couldn't get there until my scheduled time of 4:30. When the "runner" or "shopping specialist" comes to my car, he says there are no turkeys available. Say what?? "Do you want me to go check and see if there are any baking?" Yes, of course I do! Runner comes back, they don't do turkey breast on Monday's. WT? So I ask, "why did I get a message that my order was complete and ready, minus one bread substitute". I'm not sure ma'am. Oy ve!! "So you mean to tell me that no one even bothered physically walking to the deli to ask if they were doing turkey breasts today"? I'm not sure ma'am! You know what, just cancel my entire order .......there goes dinner plans! The most inadequate, inefficient operation I've ever seen! You had one shot to get it right on my first attempt. A basic small order! One and done! I can't speak for the other locations, but SKIP this one for grocery orders!!

I stopped going here due to understaffing issues, that are constant After six months went tonight... it was Worse!Came around the corner, ONLY two checkouts open and the self serve express, the line went all the way to the pharmacy. Why did they build approximately 13 checkout lanes? Had to leave my basket at the managers desk... he was hiding again. Shop for ten minutes and wait in line to pay? Over 100.00 Yes the bathrooms are a disgrace plus never any paper towels, and everyone in the store is squeezing everything Come on Wegman's can't wait

Clean! I mean, yeah, the bathroom reeks of urine (they must clean with it #ammonia). But it's big and convenient. I dig it.
