Love this pharmacy-staff is always helpful and they go out of their way to make Rx as affordable as possible. My insurance does not recognize HT anymore but the in-house discount plan (typically less than it would cost w/ insurance) allows me to keep using the pharmacy I prefer. Thank you for all you do all day long!

I have used this pharmacy since it opened some years ago. The pharmacists are so dedicated - Ruth especially! She's been there from the beginning. I have visited many many times with different family members illnesses and have had many different team members help me. They are friendly and willing to get to the bottom of a coupon card to save us money or help negotiating the dreaded "prior authorization". They are my favorites by far. Only drawback is no drive thru! But you can manage to get a pickup with your grocery pickup I think (haven't tried in a few years tho)

The pharmacist didn’t want to tell me how to take my pills. The doses of my medication I need to take are not same every time, which is very unusual. I thought I should take same amount of the pills every a few hours based on common sense but it is NOT. The pharmacist clearly knows that I don’t know the special instruction. Shed just didn’t disclose it to me. Bad behavior -irresponsible as pharmacist.

This week was my first and only visit to a Harris Teeter pharmacy. Ruth, the pharmacist at this location was nice and helpful on the phone but another person who checked me out at this location was unfriendly and lacking customer service skills. I recently moved to the area and even though I am less than 1/2 mile from this Harris Teeter, I will be returning back to my former pharmacy company that is over 10 miles away because I know I will be known, will be consistently treated in a basic friendly manner and because the prices were definitely better. I really didn't expect such a bad experience.

I've used this pharmacy on and off for 7 or 8 years as I've moved around the area. I've always found the staff to be helpful and patient on the phone and in person. Even though there are closer pharmacies to my home, including other Harris Teeter pharmacies, I choose to use this pharmacy because of the awesome customer service. Thanks for putting in the extra effort and always taking the time to answer my questions!

Express Lane is very poorly managed. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work or nobody answers. I'm sitting in my car right now waiting . Eventually had to call them on the phone - been sitting in the express lane as the only car for 10 minutes.

The staff at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable and will take care of you as best they can.
