Very nice fall/winter-looking bouquet of flowers, bigger than what I expected, delivered on time. Ordering through Teleflora was easy. Price was reasonable.

Ordered flowers for a friend whose husband passed. It was Saturday before Christmas and they delivered just what I ordered that afternoon. Highly recommend!

I ordered a sympathy bouquet from Floral Expressions. The photo on the left is the one I ordered. The photo on the right was taken by the recipient on the day they received it. While the bouquet received was nice, it was not as full as the picture promised it would be. Also, the roses were already fully open and a couple were already starting to wither. The bouquet was simply not worth the price of $106, including delivery. When I called Floral Expressions to express my disappointment, the floral arranger answered the phone. She got defensive immediately and told me the arrangement received was exactly like the photo. She also claimed that the roses were very fresh and had not opened yet. I told her this wasn't the case and the arrangement received did not match the picture on the website. She told me that photo on the website is a stock photo that is Photoshopped, so I mentioned that there should be a disclaimer that the product received will be different than the photo. She disagreed and continued to argue and assumed I wanted a full refund. I told her I did not expect a full refund, but rather, a partial refund because the quality did not match the price. After much back-and-forth, she got her manager, Ginger, on the phone who answered gruffly, with "we're not going to offer you a full refund." I told her I was not asking for a full refund. The purpose of my call was to let them know that the arrangement received was different than the one I ordered and I would like a partial, not full, refund. She reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $16 of the total $106 price. I'm writing this review not because I am upset about the low refund amount. I'm writing this because the staff were completely unprofessional and aggressive. This is no way to run a business.

I first ordered from Floral Expressions last year when a friend moved to Fearrington Village. At that time the floral design was spectacular and my friend raved. I ordered again this year for that same friend’s birthday two weeks ago. I only have the opportunity to talk with my friend by phone on Friday's so when I spoke with her she struggled to tell me that upon delivery the floral arrangement had several flowers that were not thriving. Her husband watered them but that still did not make a difference. My call to Floral Expressions led me to speak with the designer and also the person who made the delivery. I explained the problem and mentioned how pleased I was last year which prompted me to order from them again. I commented in the call that I wanted to share the feedback about the order that was provided by my friend. The purpose of my call was to share and not solicit a reimbursement of any kind. What I was so astounded by was the response I was given. The woman stated that had I called earlier in the week then they would have sent a bouquet to my friend but since I called on Friday (4 days after delivery) I could not expect anything to be done. Really? So again I explained I was merely sharing feedback. I was flabbergasted that the representative placed the blame on me for not calling soon enough. I might also add that she did not offer an apology of any kind for the circumstances encountered. I advised her that what disappointed me most was her curt response at what I should have done. Thank you for your customer service Floral Expressions! As I shared by phone, I will be taking my business where as a customer it is appreciated.

I called the morning of my Mom's birthday, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet within 4 hours. I was completely satisfied with the quality and service, and their price was competitive.

Ordered two weeks in advance, both of them were not right at ALL and tonight is prom. Went back to get the two pieces fixed and was given an extreme attitude even though I had provided pics the two weeks before for reference. I am stressed as we usually go to this establishment and have no issues but we are SO incredibly behind schedule now due to this setback. Leaving one star based on how this issue was handled, usually things like this are handled with a more professional attitude. No money back or apology. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Delivery was prompt. Bouquet was skimpy. No packet of flower food provided, as is usually the case. Bouquet was fresh for about 4 days then started to dwindle. A similar but much fuller bouquet from the Chapel Hill Florist lasted 3 times as long.

Small unassuming shop with great service and flowers. Owner got my arrangement of wildflowers, eucalyptus, and sunflower ready within 20 minutes of me stepping into the shop.
