So usually I go here for the self service print and while the USB reader is broken on one of the printers it usually works just fine, and the staff is friendly. I recently went to the counter to have a larger file printed and had a really terrible customer service experience with the employee with dreadlocks that are bleached at the tips (she didn't have a name tag on). She treated me like I was a complete idiot for asking questions about the various papers (I get thing's professionally printed all the time and know for a fact that my questions are typical), and interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain what I wanted. She also snapped at me when I tried to ask a question again that she hadn't answered. Eventually I just told her I'd look for other printing options because I just didn't want to deal with her anymore. The other staff here I've always had a pretty good experience with, but after this experience I don't particularly want to come back here if it means I might have to talk to her, she made me feel like complete crap.

The facility itself is nice enough, and I am sure other employees are kind, but unfortunately there was a lady at the shipping desk who was very rude. She seems to have a bad track record because you can find her photograph in another one of these reviews. She was extremely rushed and unhelpful and would get so annoyed when you asked even a simple clarifying question. I don't even know if my order shipped correctly because she rushed it so much. It's honestly a little crazy she has been employed here for this long, having this attitude at work the whole time. It absolutely sadly makes me want to shop at a different FedEx, even though this one is the closest to me.

Walked in at 3 minutes after 7:00 to pick up a $400 print order. The doors were still unlocked, employees still behind the counter. All the woman would say to me, over & over as I pleaded to pick up my order, was "We're closed". We've done a $400 order from this location every month since September '22. Never again, Staples now has our printing business. It's a shame, Shaq and Dylan are awesome.

I went to this FedEx today and it was very hard to pull in, and the homeless block you from pulling in. Once you're inside, you don't get much help other than this one great young person who was helpful. The lady that works there. This is the second time I went there and she was rude and non-helpful. It's like you annoy her with your questions about the computer and the printing. Well, I had a problem with the printer and it printed too many copies and I had to pay for them trying to get the manager inside to help, and he was annoyed That I needed assistance with a refund. It took a long time, and at first he walked away, and I thought he was walking away from me. The three times that I've been there. I've had the same problem. I will not be back not to mention trying to pull out. The homeless wouldn't let me get out. They need to fix downtown Chapel Hill.

This is not about the FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, but it is about the FedEx shipping service in Chapel Hill. I have had many problems with FedEx, and I have been unable to get FedEx to fix them. One is that the delivery driver thinks she or she can leave a package at some place other than my front porch and claim that the package has been given to me. In the last month, a package was left at my mailbox, and once the package was left in the middle of my driveway. Yesterday, my neighbor was left a package that was clearly marked with another address. Again, the driver wrote that they met a person at the door, but the package was just left there for my neighbor to find after 7 p.m.. Even UPS rings the doorbell when they leave a package. The FedEx 800 number is not set up to report misdeliveries, and FedEx has been thoroughly frustrating. I will never ship anything by FedEx again.

I usually go here for self-serve printing. The female behind the counter didn't greet me or speak when I walked in, no big deal as I walked straight to the printer. I had tried several times to pay with a credit card but the screen froze up several times. I politely asked her for help. She was looking at her computer screen and appeared to roll her eyes before coming over to the printer. Without looking at the screen, she rudely told me to insert card again. It eventually worked after I started the process over. I thanked her and she walked away without saying anything. I apologized for bothering her. She wasn't friendly, and left me with the impression that she was upset that I made her have to get up. Everyone has a bad day, but what a bad attitude. I will consider going elsewhere with service like that.

Very convenient location. Very nice people and helpful. It is a little confusing as the FedEx service is offered inside the Walgreens. They did not know what an RMA was, which surprised me, but they were young. I told them and they were not sure if they sent them. I showed them the label and they said oh yes. It looked like they then used desk scotch tape to put the label on. Ouch! They must have no idea what happens to the boxes! In the future now that I know they do RMAs I will tape the label in advanced. I will be back for their services.

FedEx is the worse company to deal with. My last episode with them was they lost the contents of my package. They had an empty box and the label ! Waiting 3-5 days for a refund to my card.

Most friendly patient people work in this store location! I use this location for printing and shipping- they are helpful. Of course parking could be better..but it is on Franklin street!

Had to Fed Ex something so I walked into this location earlier today -- service was helpful, hassle-free, and friendly enough. I was in and out in less than ten minutes and everything went off without a hitch as far as the delivery went.
