Last evening, the League of Women Voters of Orange Durham and Chatham Counties held its first in-person Annual Meeting since 2019, and could not have found a better venue for the occasion. Manager Brandon was a pleasure to work with in every step of the process. Executive Director Lisa Kaylie also deserves a big thank you for helping us close up the beautiful space. Both are great advocates for their mission of creating a safe and fulfilling workplace for people of neurodiverse abilities. We fully support them and look forward to coming back.

Brandon was extraordinarily kind and accommodating to us, even down to the last minute, in the face of stormy weather. He remained available throughout the event and helped with absolutely everything.The site was immaculate, there was cross-ventilation, the temperature was perfect, and the PA worked very well. Brandon couldn't have been kinder to us.If there is one tiny suggestion I can make, it would be to warm the temperature of the lighting a bit when you replace the bulbs. The atmosphere of the room is a bit cool, which is great for corporate events but not as appealing for a memorial service or party.That extremely minor point aside, many, many thanks to Brandon and staff for saving our event.

I hosted a meeting of 30 clinical professionals at the Event Center -- Extraordinary Ventures. This is the best place for such a meeting...best I've had. The AV equipment was top notch and easy to use. Customer service was extraordinary as well... Held a day-long seminar at the Event Center back in March. The location was absolutely perfect and the service was top notch. Brandon and Tyler were a joy to work with in terms of planning and making sure all the details were covered. Hotels and restaurants to accomodate our attendees were close at hand, not to mention Franklin St! Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely host our events at the Event Center going forward.
