“It's terrific that they have a smaller version of target for the college kids along the street of bars and restaurants. We found it super helpful as we were able to drop in here to get a cooler shirt to wear as you can really work up a sweat on a nice day strolling along these sidewalks. They have of course have TARHEELS merch. It did appear to be the only baby clothing inside the store and I was happy to find grandson something cooler to wear also. A nice addition to the area to supply basic needs.”

“I think this location is great and I would recommend coming here. I just needed a iPhone car mount and they had the magic mount that I was looking for. There was some water on the floor from a leaking fridge system, but other than that the store seems clean. The customer service is good and checkout was easy. The only reason I have been hesitant to come here is because of not knowing where to park. However, there is a parking deck next door that has free parking for the first forty five minutes.”

“I had been a happy Cricket customer until ATT merger, when ATT destroyed 5 years worth of my info ( before tech routinely put everything on "the cloud". BUT Cricket kept its outstanding service, separate from ATT, and connectivity got even better (thanks to Matt which I hate but no longer has any hand in my actual phone and Cricket service). I had a first time bad ever experience at a different location (which is currently under reconfiguration).I am retired from 40 years career with a graduate degree and work that totally involved interaction with physicians, attorneys, community service planners, etc. In her area of expertise, Jailin Lisbeth is one of the most unknowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered. Her guidance as to what plan and phone would be best for my needs, combined with Cricket's continued technical excellence has me happier than I've ever been. I endured a miserable year battling with my Google Fi service, provided free by my son by adding me to his business account. Perhaps it's great for a million dollar assets company staffed by computer geniuses who trouble shoot the Google Fi horrors as easy as breathing. I prefer having few or NO TROUBLES TO SHOOT! Google Fi does whatever it wants, even when you're in the middle of an action and haven't hit any keys you haven't before. And you're left disabled to finish your task. My phone reception was so bad, if my calls weren't dropped the callers voice sounded like banjo picking, incomprehensible. Now I can go about my responsibilities free of rage meltdowns 3x/day.”

“This is my favorite target!! It gets pretty crowded, but they always have what I need. Everything is neat and organized, and the groceries are pretty reasonably priced even though Target can be known for being on the more expensive side. I like that the self checkout is 10 items or less, it makes it go by much faster and is great for a quick trip in and out. I also use the drive up service all the time, which is super convenient. Also, it's in a great shopping center near Home Goods and Michael's and a few good food places. Great for a quick shopping day.”

“We used the drive up service again. It is even smoother, faster and more efficient than when we last used it. We ordered from home and headed to the store. We clicked that we were in the drive up lane and our order was at our car in less than a minute. The young lady was very professional and friendly and placed our order in our trunk. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive operation.”

“The young man who helped us on Monday morning was amazing! My son asked him to price a bunch of different Pokémon items and he was incredibly kind to do so! He never once acted annoyed or irritated. This was so refreshing from what we often experience in retail. He also shared with us the coupons that were on our account (without my asking!) And he gave my son a promo card. He was such a wonderful professional that I would drive back to Durham just to go to this Game Stop and give him the business. I want the owners to know they found a jewel in this employee!! “I want to write this specifically about Target Optical, the representative Guerda is AMAZING!! I just moved here, and one of my glasses lenses popped out and the frames were feeling wonky. Mind you, I didn’t purchase these from this Target. I come in, and ask her if she can take a look. She fixes my glasses, cleans them without me asking her to do so, and when I asked what do I owe, she said “nothing”! Her kindness is so appreciated, because of Guerda I will definitely be coming back to this Target for my glasses and other needs. Thank you again for the amazing experience Guerda!”

“Apple IPhone 14 Pro was malfunctioning, screen was blank and wouldn’t charge properly on the original charging cable. We made a same day appointment on 20 April to troubleshoot the phone at the Apple Store in the Southpoint Mall, where we purchased the phone. I arrived 15 minutes early, and team member Liz offered to assist. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. She ran thru initial steps to clear common problem items, completed a diagnostic check on the phone, and the we shut down, restarted and verified full operation. When the scheduled tech support Egypt arrived, Liz had completed the necessary corrective actions. Liz made this a pleasant visit with a happy ending.
