Ordered an arrangement for a friend in the hospital and received an email that it had been delivered. Call my friend, to be told they had NOT received it. When I called the company I was told they left it with some random receptionist. Could not tell me who or give me a contact # to the random person it was left with. Then goes on to tell me it's their policy to leave with receptionist. I said then maybe someone should inform the purchaser that their purchase may or may not be delivered to the person they bought it for.. Then say "well, they can go get it from the receptionist...umm they are in a hospital, not a Day Spa (if she was able to go running around, she would be able to get her own fruit) Never again !! My policy is screw me once...

We ordered a Valentines cheesecake package that we paid enough for, for our mom who is in CCU at Duke hospital and it's 2 days later and it was still NEVER delivered and the phone number provided is bogus. This is a scam!!!!!!!

Unpleasantly surprised by the lack of communication from this location. Placed my order on 2/13 and have been understanding that Valentine's Day is probably the busiest aside from Mother's day. Nonetheless my order was not delivered to the recipient on 02/14 as expected. It is now 3:48 pm on 2/15 and I have not received any type of communication from the store as to when thy expect the delivery to be made. I have tried to call, message thru the portal and left a VM requesting an update and no one has responded.I have even tried to cancel my order online and receive a confirmation of message sent to the store (who is unresponsive). Just refund me and do better as a major corporation.

Oof, never getting anything from here again. I wasn't available for delivery (they didn't wait long at the door), and they made me call to reschedule. I called - the employee was nice and reassured me that they'd deliver the next day after 4:30pm, when I'd be home. The morning-of I called again to confirm - another employee assured me they'd arrive after 4:30. They showed up at 1:15. Why?! The whole point of their business is delivery, so if the delivery is this much of a bother and they can't get it right, what's the point?!

Experience was great. Recipient wasn’t home for delivery. I called the store to work out getting it delivered and the employee who I spoke to on the phone was patient, friendly, attentive to the issue. I appreciated it! Edible arrangement and candied pecans were delivered and presentation was great! Thanks! Recommend!

I should’ve seen the reviews for this location before placing an order. Staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and no kind of customer service. Hire new fully trained staff, replace management or just close the place. Clearly the reviews say it all. This was my first time even ordering from edible arrangements and I don’t plan on doing it again. If I do, I may give it a second chance at a different location but never the Durham one. Overall my thoughts on this experience and place: ugly.

It was a wonderful experience with Hannah great customer service everything was fresh and the prices are good! ! I enjoy this sweet representative honestly the best they rendered the finest food basket ever the owners need to consider making mrs hanna a supervisor ! She makes everything perfect. You guys delivered my son's mom her mother's day arrangement at 9:40pm at night.... it is unacceptable to deliver anything at that time of night and to deliver something that is suppose to be for a special occasion that late at night just ruins the whole mothers day surprise....I didn't receive no phone call, email or anything to ask about an alternative delivery.... instead you just leave chocolate covered fruit on the front door step to melt when no one was home to accept the delivery

PLEASE DO NOT order from this location. I placed an order 2 days before Valentine’s Day for my 93 year old Mother. The order was never delivered. I never received any notification and I continued to try calling the store no answer. There was just a looping advertisement repeating itself trying to get people to place more orders. I opened a case with corporate through an online portal only to receive an email stating to contact the store. The day after Valentines I tried reaching out to the store to get a refund still no answer and the same Valentines ad was looping. Mind you I live over 50 miles away from the store but that’s the ONLY way I could get my refund so I made the trip. I was very disappointed with the manager as she only offered a lame excuse about they had problems with drivers and she didn’t offer me anything for all my troubles and headaches. I did receive my refund. Needless to say my Mom didn’t end up with any thing for Valentines Day nor her favorite chocolate covered strawberries.
