On Friday, June 14th around 3:00, I stopped into the Dollar tree to pick up a few items. Standing in line I noticed a new cashier. This woman had such a lovely way with everyone. Before me, there were two children ( age 10-12 ) & then a woman with lots of stuff & then me. This woman, makes a great improvement to the store & I hope she stays. It takes a certain personality to deal with the public.

I absolutely love Dollar Tree but what is up w this place? I just ran in for some crafts and it looks like the store exploded. Boxes were everywhere and not in an organized manner. Knocked over, filling the aisles. All while the cashier is on his phone doom scrolling. I understand he might not be in charge but the store is a shambles.

Why has this store been closed for the last 12 days. I completely agree that it's extremely unprofessional that you can't put a sign up but even worse when I have tried to reach out to the Customer Service Number the corporate office ("so called ") that NOBODY IS THERE TO SPEAK WITH. You can only leave a voice-mail and supposed to call you back within two days but I have left 3 Voice-Mails along with reaching out via email and NOBODY has responded to any of my attempts. I last tried to call another Dollar Tree to see if they knew anything or could give me a number and I was told they didn't know but have been receiving SEVERAL phone calls regarding this issue. Very Sad

This store is never open when it says it should be. It is incredibly frustrating to arrive at the store (during posted hours on the door and online) for the doors to be locked with the lights on. If I could give this store zero stars I would.

It is super full, which I have not found in other dollar trees. I loved it. There are many things in Powerade to make tube ice. A lot of variety of things.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with the state of this Dollar Tree. I used to love shopping here, as did my kids. The last two visits this month, I’ve been in aw. Their is a indescribable foul smell, the isles are over taken with boxes of inventory, and the stocked items are in disarray. During todays visit, I could overhear a manager speaking about the performance (or lack there of) of an employee, and one of the cashiers was walking about in her socks, using her vape in between customers, while also playing on her phone. I was literally shocked! I hope this store turns a corner and improves. I will say, the staff that I had some interaction with her very polite and friendly.

This location is never operating during business hours that are posted. I’m not sure if it’s low staff but it’s a inconvenience of many people coming to shop just for the doors to always be locked and sometimes without a sign on the door.

Employees were great, great service and friendly and helpful. They need raises. Store had great selection and fairly clean inside.
